Dear Panera Bread Management,
I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your SFO Airport Millbrae location on may 1.
This was my first time visiting Panera Bread, and I ordered a to-go combo that included a sandwich, soup, and an apple. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, I noticed that the pickup orders and dine-in orders were placed next to each other without any clear distinction.
Due to this arrangement, I accidentally picked up an order that was not mine, as it appeared identical to my own. When I was checking the order at a table, an employee approached me and expressed frustration, making me feel uncomfortable.
I want to clarify that this was a genuine mistake, and I had no intention of taking someone else’s order. I offered to pay for the entire order to resolve any misunderstanding.
I suggest that the store improves the organization of pickup orders to prevent such confusion in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to have a better experience...

Was standing in a hella long line. Lady says people can use kiosk to order. Used kiosk and I was uncertain where order comes out. Asked and workers said they call your name. They did not call my name and just throw my order to the side for me to find.
But ya know.. .can you really blame people? They are about to be replaced by robots so they are preparing for it I guess. It would be nice if they had a sign that says....your orders come out here. I'm sure the...

I was here for less than an hour and the parking lot manager called security and I was told to leave because I had been there too long. Supposedly, it's a 2 hr limit. But I barely finished a single cup of tea. I work and go to college online, and have purchased the "unlimited sip club" so it's nice to have breakfast, lunch, and tea, and get lost in a good study or work session for a few hours. I was told to park outside the parking lot and walk here. Basically had to drive 15 minutes to another panera bread.
A side note: I used the kiosk to avoid the line to buy tea, but I still had to wait in line to get my cup because they kept them behind...
