I've been at patron at this location for more than 10 years now and I have seen many of the workers there daily or over the weekend, sometimes new workers there, sometimes the same ones, all of them very friendly and kind, many of them call me by my name and greetings are said as I walk thru the main door.
Today, I've experienced some sort of racism I strongly believe.
As I walked to the counter, workers are busy, the white caucasian barista's making drinks, another asian boy is re-arranging the on-line ready to go orders, etc. All I believe being workers hired within the last 1 or w months. No one badder to greed or ask as I stand there for 10 minutes.
White Caucasian customers come and go, but everytime one of those customers are there to pickup their orders, they're greed and served.
There's a moment when no customers are in the store only workers, I then asked them why they haven't greed me or ask me at least if I'm picking up an order. I told them I felt they're judging me by race profile, I truly felt it. I told them I'm picking up my order for BJ, one of the girls hands to me my drink that's been sitting there on the counter for more at least 12 minutes.
She said she's sorry, I told her I think my drink is cold by now and requested to re make it. They dud it, I took my drink and before I left I told them next time I come to the store, I'll try changing the color of my skin to have better odds to be judged accordingly.
The same girl apologize for it again.
Management MUST train these workers some customer service skill and teach them not to judge people by...

I go back to the front and this lady very rudely says that the dogs need to be present to get it. Emphasis on rainy day. No way to bring 3 dogs out of the car on a rainy day just to prove it? Not sure what this lady thought I needed a small cup of whip cream for. I asked to speak to the other worker I spoke to earlier and she refused saying she was one of the supervisors. Well as a supervisor she should know good customer service but I guess not. Also saw her snap at a customer who was waiting for her order and gave her so much attitude telling her "well if it was ready it would be here." She needs some customer service training stat. Too bad I didn't catch her name....
