Subway — Restaurant in Millbrook

I have been here many times. Have stood in line while employees make online orders before taking my order. Today I ordered online as well and waited over 20 mins before going to the store. When I got there I waited in long line. Once it was my turn, they hadnt even begun my food. I said I want to cancel because it's past tike that it was supposed to be done. Employee said I have to understand there's other customers in line. But I waited my turn in line and then some. And I'm also a customer who already paid. Employee kept saying no she could just make it. She showed overwhelming that she was not happy to cancel it stating "you waited this long you might as well wait some more". How demeaning!!! I've waited my time paid before everyone! When I order inside I must wait for online orders placed ahead of me as well. I wasn't treated well this day. Eventually the employee gave me $15 in cash which is less than what I paid online!...

Once again this location can not read or make a on line order right. We ordered two foot longs and the only thing they got right was the meat. Everything else was completely wrong. Don’t use the Subway App to order from this Subway. They never get the order right. You probably have to stand there and tell them how to make what you want. If it wasn’t so far to drive back there I would have taken both back because both items we ordered were made wrong. You can not call them either. The phone listed on here and app rings then sounds like it switched to fax machine so I guess they get too many calls complaining about their products. Don’t know how you could cancel or change order if using app because that’s how the app works. Also, this Subway does not honor all the Subway...

Every time I order something from this particular Subway it’s incorrect. My order is always incorrect in some way. This time I placed an order in the Subway app. My husband went and picked it up and came back, his sandwich was fine but mine was incorrect. The website says they close at 9:30pm. The order was picked up at 8:40pm. I tried to call them at 9:00pm when my husband got home. No answer. I called four times and did not get an answer. He took the sandwich back there and at 9:14pm the doors were locked. I had to throw away the sandwich. I’ll definitely be making a call in the morning. I’ve ordered in person at this location and they’ve still gotten my order wrong and had to be corrected. Just don’t...
