Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Millbrook

Ordered 2 cheese Crazy Puffs at about 11:10/11:15 am and 1 Cheesy Jalapeno sauce. After I paid I was told there was a 7 minute wait, which normally would have been ok but I got a call that required me to leave within 3 minutes. I asked for my money back because I could not wait that long. I was shorted on my change. I paid $9.50 and he returned $8.73. initially I didn't even realize because he had taken so long to give me the change and then dropped some of the change on ground. I came back later to reorder the item and grabbed the exact refund he had given still on my car seat and realized he shorted me. I brought it up and he acted like who cares. Anyway, finally got new order and half of them were pepperoni and half were cheese. Some were filled with previously cook oil and tasted nasty. Half had sauce and half didn't so it tasted like a big gob of unflavored cheese and oil. You need a new Manager here. This one sucks. I ended up throwing out the whole thing. Btw. Went in at 4:30 pm on a weekday. No pizzas hot and ready (as stated on the menu). As I waited on my pizzas, two other customers came in and waited for someone to take their order. No one came. They left. An employee named Savanah came from outside and went straight to the back to join her coworker. I could see them through the window on the "hot and ready" warmer. They were EATING pizza and laughing together.... IN THE KITCHEN! Another customer came in and Savanah came out of the kitchen smacking her food and wiping her mouth with the back of her hand to help the customer! I was appalled. It was disgusting to see them eating right in the same place my pizzas were being made, then setting the end of the slice back down on the baking sheet in the kitchen. I will never go back here and I'll tell everyone I know about it too. Nasty. Manager...

I called @ 10:48a.m. and the phone was really staticky so the customer service rep couldn't hear me and when I addressed the issue he/she said it wasn't the company phone. After stating that, there was an ackward silence as a I said, "Ok" and repeated "Hello" the phone hung up. So having ran out of time to cook for my chilcare facilty I drove to the location. I went to the register and a young lady by the name Melissa R. came up as I said I called she interrupted stating are you __. I said Yes and she walked away. I never became rude with anyone. So, a nice man by the name Micky walked up with great customer service and took my order and I was well pleased with him performance! This is the normal customer service that I am use to. I have no clue what went on today, but I pray it never happens again especially from the women in...
