If I could give 0 stars I would. I went through the stalls at 4:05pm on 05/07/2023, I first pulled into stall #7, sat there for 10 minutes before I decided to move stalls because nobody had answered the headset. I moved to stall #8, and sat there for ANOTHER 10 minutes. At this point, I’m getting slightly upset, so I pull into the drive-thru. Upon getting to the drive-thru, I sat there for another 5 minutes before they took my order, and there was mass confusion as to what an Ocean Water slush was. Beyond all of the waiting, I finally get to the window. I did not know what the total cost was at the time because it was not said at the speaker, so I did not know if I would be paying with card or cash. I get the payment out not even 2 seconds after the total was stated, and prepared to hand it to the person working the drive-thru. However, they were no longer at the window. Waiting again, I was told by the person at the window “Let’s be prepared to pay next time.” This is not acceptable, and it’s really funny because I was waiting for over 25 minutes to order. I was ready to pay, almost immediately after I was told my price. There was nobody in the line behind me, so I’m confused as to where the rush was. This person had extremely long, glue on finger nails.. no gloves.. hair that was longer than the shoulders and not tied up.. etc which is against Sonic’s protocol (I would know, I used to work there less than a year ago.) I do not appreciate the rudeness from this Sonic’s employee’s, and among calling the store’s manager only to be dismissed. I will NOT be going back to this...

First pulled to spot to order and everytime we hit the order button we were told something so fast we only heard the end which was " happy to take your order" then they cut off order and had to hit button again. After 4 tries to understand or say anything we finally hear something about drive thru. So we go to drive thru line that had 5 cars ahead if us and continued to add more behind us around the building and out into the road. It took 15 minutes just to get to 🎤 to order then another 15 to the window. That is where there was finally a sign explaining they are short-handed and their apologies. While waiting at the window for food and to pay I was able to count only 2 people trying to do everything. So I will say 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the 2 crew members holding down the fort with smile's and positive attitudes through all the stress they were under. The food was great as always with order perfect so good job for them. On the other hand I understand covid and difficult situations for restaurant's but this to me was an extremely bad call on management and scheduling. Someone dropped the ball big time. Then to top it off others should have stepped up and come to assist. You can't tell me there wasn't anyone from staff or management that was off to call in or even borrow staff from another store to cover. You have 2 great worker's (which is hard to find) that you will lose quick from day's like today. I hope they get the recognition they deserve for the hard work and I REALLY hope other's get what they deserve for the screw up of...
Read moreRude and slow. They gave me a 5 minute wait time which became 20 minutes, then gave me the wrong order. I come back and park in a bay, then they refuse to speak to me saying I needed to go back around. I got in line and waited another 15 minutes to get to the window(they were working awfully slow, food getting handed out to cars and then handed back and forth.) I finally get to the drive through speaker and they tell me to replace my food I'll have to wait another 5-10 minutes, so I asked if it could be done any faster because I just needed to get something replaced. Then they refused to take my order. I sat there 10 more minutes, and they refused to speak even though there were cars behind me. I had to call the store to asked why I was being ignored, just for someone to answer, be extremely rude to me, and say to stay at the speaker and someone would take my order. Then she hung up, and I sat another 10 minutes. The window got clear and I waited another few minutes, while cars behind me got further infuriated that I wasn't pulling forward. So I pull to the window and the guy reluctantly opened the window and asked what I needed, I explained and he said okay... 5 minutes. Then I wait another 15 minutes to get my food.
I'm definitely not coming back. They should be embarrassed, and I hope they can get some replacements or better training. They definitely need some...
