Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

We normally love Jimmy John’s but had a terrible experience going through the drive thru on Sunday evening. I ordered 2 of the $10 total meal deals that were advertised online. After ordering, I was asked to pull around and told “we don’t have a button for that deal” They already made my food, had it bagged and ready but the lady told me I needed to pay full price because they didn’t know how to ring it up. I asked politely if It would be ok to just order online or how I could get the food at that price and was told I would have to place the order online, park and come inside to get the food which defeats the purpose of ordering through the drive through. She had zero empathy or customer service skills. I’ve worked in food service I would never disrespect or be rude over a coupon. She was clearly annoyed at every customer and that is a sure way to scare...

West Erie Plaza location, walked in, no other customers present. The employee, a young woman, was making sandwiches for what we assume was a take out order. She did not acknowledge anyone had even walked in. Other customers came in, obviously for a take out order, she still had not acknowledged us and waited on them. A gentleman, we believe a manager, came in asked us if we been taken care of. We answered no, he took our order. While we ate our meal other customers came in. The gentleman was busy baking sub rolls .Once again the young woman could not be bothered to even look up. Twice we heard the customers say they were ready to order, young woman ignored them. The gentleman came out apologized and took their order. If not for the man working, we probably would have left without ordering. Great food, not so...

I love Jimmy Johns let me get that out there. I am here from out of town so I am used to my home store service. I placed an app order and drove about 10 miles in normal city traffic. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my son to tell me what sandwich he wanted still tracker stated that the store received the order. I went into the store to add another sandwich to the order and there were 3 females working, sandwich not made and they were just all standing there looking at cell phones and had no masks on until I got to the counter then they put them on. Really disappointed because the food was not ready and they were more into looking at the phone. My sandwich tasted ok #9 but there was no mayo on it and my son didn't finish his because he said it didn't taste...
