Read moreI went to this Starbucks today, I’m not from Erie was visiting in town, ordered 3 drinks and 2 food items. When I walked in I saw two of my drinks were ready but not pushed all the way forward on mobile counter (at other Starbucks they set drinks forward as they become ready) so I reached and grabbed them. A young barista SNATCHED my drink from my hand and proceeded to yell at me that I cannot reach over the counter because my full order wasn’t ready. Her face was so red and she was so angry and unprofessional. She wanted to argue with me as If I did something terribly wrong. I told her how unprofessional she was and she continued to yell at me, the entire Starbucks got silent as her manager yelled at her to walk away and stop arguing with me. This barista is an embarrassment to your Starbucks and should not be working here. I am a daily Starbucks customer and never have I ever experienced an argumentative barista like her. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she was so quick to get hostile. Normally baristas I meet are so nice! I still can’t believe she snatched my drink from my hand! Read moreTerrible experience, I asked for my sweetener on the side and they said they couldn’t do that. I said I can’t have sweetener on the side and they said no. The girl was extremely rude and said we don’t sell coffee products, give me a break it’s not as if I asked to buy coffee filters and a pot, I simply like to add the sweetener myself because it’s always to sweet if they do it. And you sell coffee to take home and brew and coffee mugs, so technically I would say you sell coffee products.
Interesting that every other Starbucks has gladly always done this for me, like literally a ton of Starbucks and a ton of times! I was shocked by her response, I’m sure they don’t care that a customer was frustrated, but I still wanted to voice my frustrations. I feel like the girl was just really bitter and liked throwing her weight around, but still disappointing.
