Everything is amazing. Real coffee. Really really real coffee. Get an iced latte. So good on any day at any time so good. I'm going to get one now.. Update... 3-19-25. Higher ground couldn't get better in any way that I can think of. I guess the parking lot could use a little inflation but parking is part of the adventure. Antique store opened months ago that kind of shares a parking lot. It's a sweet little shop so you can get a delicious sandwich, best coffee in SLC and chill in or outside. When you're done enjoying your time at higher ground you walk literally thirty seconds up to a tiny bit higher ground than higher ground and check the antique shop. Higher ground is up where you can chillax on the patio and see a good amount of real estate to the West.... North West and South West.... The clever name works on many levels but it's known for being at a higher level both literally and in quality... If you haven't checked it out you're missing out. If you read this and don't check it out you may want to consult..... Well... Someone to help you learn that you're worth it and you deserve a delicious iced latte. That's my 💩.. or whatever you prefer. If you don't know go and I'm sure you can exchange info that will give them an idea of what you like. Can figure that out.. they're what peeps call...

It has several large windows that provide great ambience, but with the size and windows it gets extremely humid inside which also makes it smell a bit musty. If it's cold outside, it almost looks smokey inside but it's just the humidity and foggy windows. I did notice a bit of dust and cobwebs on some of the decor, as well as small clumps of pet hair on the floors and in the corners. Oddly enough, it kind of adds to the...
Read moreI wanted to like it, The staff is friendly, coffee was good and the shop is cozy but they charge significantly extra for any milk in your coffee other than cow breast milk (extra $ if you get soy, oat, almond etc.). Aka There's an extra charge For vegans, lactose intolerant, environmentalists, those concerned about how all our water is being diverted to alfalfa for dairy farms rather than the Great Salt Lake or anyone that has weaned themselves from animal breast milk or prefers something else. I prefer to support local coffee shops, but this is one area where Starbucks is doing the right thing and doesn't charge extra for...
