This place is consistent so if you love spending money to be let down and disappointed for dinner, rudely talked to or sitting at a drive thru sign forever just to be rushed through ordering once they do speak then this will be your go to. Never has my order been done correctly in all the time I've foolishly gave them another chance. After working until 2am I didn't have many options so cookout it was. Took forever to be acknowledge once I got to the sign and when I was it was the usual cookout attitude for no reason. Was very clear in ordering but true to their nature they got my order wrong. The cashier at the window again was rude af and after paying she stuck my bag out the window and before I could get a hand in it let it go. Top it all off everything was half the size as it was w months ago. My burger with everything came with no cheese which I paid for no bacon and only one slice of pickle and a slab if onion thicker then the meat. No ketchup, mustard, or mayo. Even with the 2 side and extra cheeseburger queso that came up to $13 I was not full after. Not falling for it again this is the worst cookout in America

While I can appreciate the value that CookOut has to offer, this location falls short. They are often out of things, the staff seems disinterested, and the preparation seems only an attempt. Maybe I always try to go on a bad day. What day is that? Any day! I probably won’t recommend or suggest going there to anyone unless they are just tired of the box hamburger joints. They do offer natural cut fries for those who like them and onion rings that are pretty good when they are fresh. Their shakes are made from soft serve with whatever you can imagine, and some things you wouldn’t, mixed in.

Place used to be great and always had my order correct. After forgetting my fries once, they added them in and they were very raw, crunchy inside. After waiting 7 minutes getting them replaced they are still wrong. It's just an order of Cajun cheese fries. No Cajun, and hardly done again. All I really wanted was the fries honestly, the rest of my food and milkshake are cold/bad now anyway. Won't bother eating here again. Throwing it in the trash. Waste of money.

The cashier's name on the receipt said Cyntoria. I don't know if that was lady who took my order, but I'm assuming so. We pulled up and it was very hard to understand her. I could tell she kept walking away from the mic before she finished talking. I had ordered a burger tray and asked her what came on the burger. She told me it was "pre-made". I also ordered a chicken wrap, which you're supposed to be able to choose between ranch, cajun, and honey mustard. She didn't ask me which one I wanted before telling me to pull forward. When I got to the window, I asked her again what comes on the burger. She said, "I told you earlier that it comes pre-made." I asked her if that meant it was just meat and bread or if it come with toppings? What. Comes. On. It. Then she says that she "told them to put cheese and everything on it". So, she tells them what to put on it, therefore it's not pre-made, right? Then I double checked with her that I could choose what came on my wrap. When I asked, she responded a sigh saying, "Oh lord, I told them put ranch on it." She was very rude and rolled her eyes multiple times. If cookout has rules about hairnets, she wasn't wearing one. When she handed us our drinks she set my card ona stack of napkins sitting in between the drinks, which almost fell. I asked for a reciept and she told me it would be in my bag with the food. It wasn't. Overall the only good thing was the food and...

Well, reviews are all over the place, for this rustic looking little restaurant.

So, I'm not sure if it's a hit or miss type situation. Or, if some reviews are just being too critical of a low cost meal.

For me, it wasn't a 100% hit, but it did score in the 80s. Of course, what can one expect when most items on the menu cost $1.00?

I had the Corndog, Hushpuppies, Cheese Quesidea and a Blueberry Cheesecake Milkshake (they had me on this one).

In all my years, I've never seen preformed, slug shaped Hushpuppies. And, to be honest, while they were good, I think that extra process detracts from the taste.

The corndog with ketchup and mustard was pretty good. Though, I was surprised when I asked the counter girl for ketchup, she gave me a handful (usually, you're lucky to get 2). And, I ended up returning 4 of them.

The Quesidea was very good. Though, the Hit Sauce is not only HOT ;-) , it is too thin, and you run the risk of runoff.

The Blueberry Cheesecake Milkshake was awesome! And, we'll worth the $2.99. However, it is quite thick. So, to drink it with your meal isn't a good idea. Best to save it for dessert (I still have some left).

There's whole blueberries, and chunks of cheesecake in it (definitely not the low calorie one).

I'll be...

Went here last night, got in the second drive through line, waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take our order, while the first line was running smoothly, and we had a line of cars behind us. We ended up getting in the first line and waiting another 15 minutes before we got to order, and when my fiance ordered our meal, very clearly might I add, she came back with an attitude and had our order all wrong, all while we were trying to still be respectful. When we finally got our order we went straight home with out checking our order because we were tired and ready to go home and eat. Come to find out they only gave us 3 out of the 6 quesadillas we ordered, but charged us for 6.

Yet again went to cookout tonight, me and my fiance were the only people in line, we ordered our food very clearly, figured it would be better than last time, got home and our orders were wrong. I ordered a big double burger with ketchup, may, bacon, cheese and lettuce. My fiance ordered the same except with no ketchup, Mayo, or lettuce, just bacon and cheese. Got home mine didn't have any thing on it except cheese and my fiance got a slice of bacon, and a piece of cheese and ketchup. This will be the last time we get food...
