Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Milledgeville

Came in today to order a smoothie for me and my children. Tavious the person who was ringing me up ask if I was going to leave a tip and I stated I didn't know you could leave tips here but I declined because he already handed me my receipt and I didn't have any cash on me. Tavious then sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes and made the smoothies but the way it was made it wasn't blended all the way and had hard chucks of fruit and ice and it tasted bitter. MY CHILD was choking on a piece of hard fruit because he didn't want to do his job correctly all because of a tip. I could of lost my child due to this negligence. When I called the store back to complain I was greeted very rudely and wasn't even offer a remake or refund. I heard someone in the back say she should of tipped maybe she would of gotten a better smoothie. This is completely inexcusable and I am shocked that Tropical smoothie would hire someone like this. Went there for the first time to get a salad and smoothie. Order was taken wrong, they corrected. The girl at the window looked to be no older than 13, and was beyond rude asking for a tip. Who tips at a drive through? I felt pressured into tipping so I did. After that the level of service got worse. I ordered a Thai salad and they did not give me dressing. I asked for dressing, the girl was rude again and brought me ranch. I told her ranch doesn’t go with a Thai salad and I would like another option. She gave me a blank stare. My son and I decided to try this place out for the 1st time after our workout at the gym and I must say that we are very pleased. Their smoothies are so flavorful. Your actually taste the freshness of the fruit in them. The Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread was delicious and fresh as well. I told my son this is our new post workout spot.
