Lennys Grill & Subs — Restaurant in Millington

I ordered online and I was given a 4:52 pick up time. When I arrived at the store sometime after 5 pm the manager asked my name and said they were working on my order. A sandwich and a salad. He then left the store. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I approached the counter to enquire about my order (since it was going on 15 minutes past my pick up time.) There were three folks joking and carrying on at the counter and one cook in the back working his butt off. I asked one of the folks at the counter if my sandwich was started yet. I let them know if the sandwich was not started to forget the order I would go somewhere else. I got no answer but one guy went to the back. I asked again to another young man standing at the window beside cook about my meal and he said "I don't know I am not back there" and made no attempt to find out. So after a few awkward moments of getting zero information I asked for a manager. They said he was not there. I asked who was in charge,,,I got a shrug....I asked who is the Manager. I was told Pedro. I asked If they new their managers last name and they did not. The food came shortly after the exchange. They started cooking it apparently when I came up to the counter to complain. The food was good. Way too many folks standing around that seemed useless. No Manager on duty at 5 pm and a cook that could have used some of the "help" that was non productive at the counter. What use is there to preorder and you give me a pick up time over 15 minutes before my food is ready? What good is for me to tip your staff when they were borderline insubordinate? I wont be back...

I actually just got home from Lennys. This is the Lennys we always go to and its always been great but tonight was a totally different experience. I ordered the same thing I always order and I watched from the booth while the girl made my sandwich and wasnt happy with what I saw....with the gloves on she scratched her forehead and then put her hand in the lettuce and then put it on my sandwich. Now to some people they would think nothing of it, but to me its gross you know dead skin cells and sweat umm no thank you. So i wasnt going to eat it. My husband calls the lady to the table to let her know what happened and she takes the sandwich back and walks to the girl that put the lettuce on it. She said something to her and then she made the sandwich but the things is they acted like it was my fault. She brought me the other sandwich and I ate. Well before we left they were cleaning up and I noticed that there wasnt 2 bags of lettuce sitting on the counter. It was the same one she had stuck her hand in the first time instead of opening a fresh bag to make my 2nd sandwich. I was literally sick. I didnt even make it half way home before getting sick. The staff was very non caring about their customers and about their cleanliness. I do know the manager personally and I will be calling. I work with the public everyday and would or could never treat my customers that way. I dont believe I will be going back to Lennys in the...

Do yourself a favor and do not order for delivery from the Lenny’s website. My sons kids meal drink was delivered to me as an empty styrofoam cup with a straw and lid shoved inside of it. When I called the location, the first staff member told me there was nothing she could do about it and the most she could tell me to do was come to the store with the cup and fill it u, the experience only got worse. The shift leader that was available to speak at the time told me that I would need to contact DoorDash about the issue that they can not handle this. I explained to him they are unable to help me because the order was placed through the Lenny’s website and they have no way to pull up the information and the store is supposed to resolve the issue. The shift leader was unable to help me and when I asked if I could speak to the stores General Manager that something other than come fill the cup up yourself needed to be done he laughed at me. I was then told “you can just call the manager he will be here tomorrow”. My family and I will not be return to Lenny’s after this experience and further actions...
