My time with this company has been terrible.... they have repeatedly messed up on my bill over the years and and we will have to argue each month to get the problem fixed that was supposedly fix the month prior. This year has brought a whole new form of crazy to the game though.... I had spoken with a rep a few months ago and she offered me the internet and cable package, but I declined. Come to find out the rep edited my account without my consent and charged me for it the next month anyway. Well I called and argued with them to have it taken off only to be told "I am sorry. We do not offer that original plan anymore." I kept arguing and they finally fixed it, or so I thought. Then today I found out my bill is supposed to be $115 and some change, but no, it is $143!! I call at&t and argue on the phone with multiple Representatives, that state the only thing they can do to fix this is give me a plan that is $10 less at $133 per month and they will not credit me the $10 difference for this month. So, I am basically being chastised for some unethical representative that edited my account and added to my bill without my consent and apparently there's nothing they can do about it... Supposedly, they are going to have a manager call me back as soon as they can, but we all know how that really goes.... As soon as my cell phone that is financed through them is paid off I'm leaving and I'm done. I also let the representative that I was talking to know that I won't pay the extra $10 and if they want they can discuss it with me in court. I understand that it seems unreasonable to argue about $10, but it is the principle of the matter. I honestly am floored that they have an A+ rating on the BBB with how many negative comments I've seen on its page, alone... Working with AT&T goes about as well as arguing with the IRS, you don't get anywhere, you still get screwed, and any complaints you have fall on...
Read moreWe had an outstanding experience at the AT&T/Millington, TN store. We went in to get ideas for upgrading our older phones, but we were also concerned that an upgrade would be too expensive. We were immediately greeted by Sonya H. She asked us questions to best understand our needs, and concerns. She was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Sonya was able to look over our current billing situation and help us find exactly what we needed. She was very professional helping us pick out new, more advanced phones and she transferred all of our data from the old phones, to the new ones. While we were in the store we were able to watch and listen to Sonya helping other customers on the phone and in person, and she treated everyone very professionally and with kindness. Sonya made us feel very comfortable choosing to shop at this AT&T store. We hope that she will be there to help us...
Read moreI waited over 1 hour for a new Sim card, which when she got to it took her less than 5 minutes. During the last 30 minutes of my wait I observed 2 representatives, including the lady that finally helped me, doing absolutely nothing. Also a third lady that was checking people in, did nothing allot, except help her friends when they came in. Very poor management of employee time. There were 3 of us waiting for Sim cards. Very disappointed! I even watched a Lady and daughter come in way after me to get her daughter a case, she was helped by the lady that helped me right away, then, because they were able to up sell her other things including a new phone, she passed them off to another representative. They were still there after I left. I certainly hope you see my frustration and it makes me want to change carriers. I have been with AT&T for over 25 years and it just keeps...
