Sport Clips Haircuts of Millington — Local services in Millington

This is not the first time I’ve seen this happen so something needs to be said. My last haircut i witnessed Bebe walk away from several “first available” clients and disappeared to the back. Last time i returned to sport clips there was a stylist with several requests on the board and a first available client walked in. Bebe proceeded to think that was the perfect time to do paperwork. I guess her time is more valuable than the clients. Not only did the young lady with request have to take the haircut it caused her to have to stay well over her time. I heard someone say they were going to call about this issue but just in case he did isn’t I will. There was no reason she couldn’t wait to complete other work responsibilities. Again this is not the first time I’ve seen bebe do this. Almost every time I return to this location Bebe takes multiple smoke break which I only know because she always returns smelling of cigarettes. Sometimes she will even bring a client to her chair and then disappear for upwards of 30 minutes. I know the other stylist have complained to the manager just based on the amount of times I’ve heard others ask “where’s Bebe” and no one knows. I just really hope management doesn’t continue to stay blind...

My husband and son came here for haircuts. They both get fades and the top trimmed. The gal that did their hair was horrible. They both looked like I had given them a Covid haircut. You know it’s bad when you high schooler son comes home and asks his mother to fix his hair. Considering I only cut hair when Covid shut everything down so I’m by no mean professional. Their cuts cost $50. The store sent an email asking how they did. I responded and told them we were not happy. I then received an email from someone named Deedee. She asked if they’d like her to fix their hair or how they could make it right. I responded by letting her know my husband and son did not want to go back and get hacked up more and that a refund would be great. Of course at that point all communication stopped. I do not recommend coming here especially if you want a nice haircut. I’m not sure why they even reached out considering they don’t care if their clients are satisfied. Again,...

I will NEVER be coming here again. I came in for a beard trim and showed the woman a picture of my beard 2 months ago. She could not get it even and had to call another stylist over to fix what she had done. By the time it was through they had cut almost my entire beard off and had shaped it in a way that was nothing like the picture that I had shown them. I will not even be taking my children here for haircuts anymore. This isn’t only the worst beard trim I’ve ever had, it’s the worst service that I’ve ever paid for. It will take months to grow back to where I wanted it. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. Some of the people in this place seem to never have done...
