They will cater TO THE OLD before anyone... doesn't matter if you was standing there in line FIRST before they even came in the door, doesn't matter if you SPEND MONEY EVERY DAY. i find that very ignorant to be standing there with my restaurant code waiting on my app in my hand READY, money in my hand WAITING for somebody to finally come out to the register from back to order my coffee i get every day for some old man to come walk in AFTER and THEN they come out, ignore me AND WAIT ON HIM. NEVER EVER again will i ever go back ... not to mention, before i did go to the register i had used the rest room..well, was going to but the barrel is wide open, no bag, long hairs hanging from the sink, toilet paper on the stall floor that stuck to my shoe AND POOP all over the inner bowl which is usual but i always ignored it. Nobody's ever at front and most don't understand English so you have to repeat yourself after they listened to you knowing they weren't going to understand, then go get somebody else for you to say it all over again. I've always tried to be nice and not that I expected anything for it but i even bright gifts and a card for xmas for them. You'd think they'd at least greet me w a smile and not just act like I'm not there, but most really aren't friendly. Theyll clean all around you while you're eating giving you the feeling that they don't want you there, to hurry up and leave. Yea they clean SOMETIMES but aalborg every time i come in IT ISN'T CLEAN. Maybe they wait for me to sit to clean lol Nobody smiles. I don't know why I bothered ever coming back KNOWING that part. I definitely won't ever again. Back to Dunkin Donuts for my daily coffee. It's sad to that the guy who waited on the old man saw me get upset, get all my stuff to leave she DIDN'T CARE ... didn't acknowledge he made a mistake, didn't try to make it right. I really hate that old people will be that entitled, a MAN skipping ahead of a woman and not caring just so he gets what he wants AS SOON as walking in the door and too good to wait like I HAD TO. Horrible service. Seriously, this place needs TO BE CLEANED REGULARLY and ppl need to be nicer and pay attention to when ppl are waiting at the register so they SEE who's been standing there. Maybe they did see me... maybe it's just me they didn't want there. 😕 Well ......
Read moreI have been a McDonald's enthusiast for just about my entire life. This particular location is hands down the absolute best location I have ever visited. I recently moved nearby and started going here and the difference between this and other McDonalds is unbelievable. Not only is the service fast but the quality of every single item you order is the best you will ever taste from any McDonalds ever. REALLY. Of all the cities and all the states I have ever went to a McDonald's this Millis Location is the absolute best. Why? I believe that the manager Mike is probably one of the best employees that exists. "Hi, Welcome to McDonalds how can we help you out today" is Mike's signature greeting that lets you know you are about to receive the best of the best. Thank you, Mike for a level of service that I hope will be recognized and rewarded some day.
Recently I was sad to learn that another McDonalds location (Natick/Framingham) lost a long time MVP manager due to the fact that McDonald's does not give raises to its managers. I have a great amount of respect for this corporation for its amazing ingenuity and efficiency when it comes to engineering the most efficient kitchens in existence. Yet I am troubled by the fact it does not value the team members that dedicate years of their lives to your establishment and you let them go find other jobs like it's nothing. As a lifelong patron I have seen the difference a strong leader can make and maybe corporate is out of touch with how things really work. So here is my final statement to McDonald's: if you care at all about your restaurants and customers you will do everything you can to make sure excellent team members like Mike and other MVPs stay onboard and continue doing an amazing job. A little recognition can go a long way toward morale so if you are at all interested in creating the best most function most lucrative enterprise you will go out of your way to make sure your employees get what they deserve.
Thank you, Mike keep doing an amazing...
Read moreYesterday after doing #2 I was STUCK w NO Toilet paper. I had to walk w my pants down to the other stall and hope that door didn't open and not only whoever coming in saw me but whoever was near the doors. I was going to let that slide because it can get busy there and people are only human but today was so upsetting. I rarely get to eat actual food. I used to love McDonald's food but any time I eat any of fries or meat sandwiches I get sick. It isn't McDonald's- it's RED meat in particular, Chinese food, pizza, any pasta, FRIES, rice ...a LOT of food especially "the good stuff" after having my stomach removed so my getting sick isn't "McDonald's" fault. It's been years since i get to enjoy a lot of what i used to unless I'm willing to go through the dreaded feeling really nauseated and then getting sick after. With that said, I can eat things like chicken, fish - very little if what they have. So u can imagine my excitement to see they have a NEW "limited CHICKEN" Big Mac but that ended up a WASTE of $7. It had been sloppily slapped together and not someone who ever wants to complain, I just tried to align the cheese into the middle myself so it wasn't half out of the sandwich when I felt that my meat was actually cold and rock HARD. I'm so disappointed and will never ever order food there again. Small but something is wrong w their toilets, too - it flushes as soon as you sit on it so u get this breeze "down there" and it continues flushing every 30 seconds or so but then once you're done and stand up, it doesn't and the button on the side to manually flush it is SO hard to push in. The sensor doesn't work. I tried that before the button. Literally ended my hand RIGHT in front of it so it's odd the flushing while I'm on it...
