We went for Easter brunch. We expected it to be busy so that wasn't an issue. However everything else was. This was the worst place I have ever been to! They never told us when we made reservations they put us upstairs and some of the family members in attendance have mobility issues they were not accommodating at all. The issue with this was the food was downstairs and our table was upstairs so some members of the party we're limited on trips to the Buffett due to this and there only answer totthis was there is nothing we can do for you. Also we ordered coffees and orange juice 35 minutes after the cup were put out I found the waitress and asked where the dinks were. Her response was well you were all at the buffet so I didn't know who wanted coffee?! Ummm you took our orders and placed cups down on the table that's where they go! After that it took a good twenty minutes to actually get liquids in the cups. Then at the buffet there were no signs telling you where the line started. So we went with the flow and got in line. One of the people cutting meat told us not to stand where we were to go the other way. Everyone else was going the way we we're trying to go so to do what he told us would have made is go against the whole line. Plus he was rude about how he said it. The food was all cold or undercooked. The pasta had clearly been sitting there as it was hardened. The outside part of the buffet which we weren't told about even existed untill we actually asked someone where the pancakes we're coming from. To clarify that we asked a waitress and were told up at the buffet it's there you just didn't see it. So we had to as a fellow patron where they got the pancakes from. It was raining and chilly and they had all this food outside getting rained on and cold. Very poorly done and everything was handled very poorly for the price of the buffet you might have thought when you complained about something someone who works there might have cared Everytime the answers were it is Easter and busy what do you expect. This was the worst experience we have ever had and will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. And while we were there I heard multiple other patrons complaining about the same stuff....very disappointed and disgusted with our experience. If I could leave no...
Read moreNestled in the charming town of Millis on Pleasant Street, Primavera brings an honest, heartfelt taste of Italy to the neighborhood — and it does so with style, soul, and seriously good pasta. Whether you're planning a quiet date night or a family gathering, this is Italian food done right!
We started our evening with mouthwatering appetizers including the Tuscan Cheese Board a beautifully arranged selection of rich, creamy cheeses, savory cured meats, and sweet accompaniments — a perfect balance of textures and flavors. The Caprese Fresca was equally delightful: juicy, vine-ripened tomatoes layered with velvety mozzarella. Next came the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, roasted to golden perfection with a caramelized crunch. The Calamari Fritti was light, crisp, and tender — the kind of appetizer that vanishes from the plate almost instantly.
When it comes to pasta, Primavera shines. Each bite of their house-made pasta was tender yet perfectly al dente, with a delicate texture that clearly reflects the care and tradition behind it. The Pasta Bolognese featured a rich meat sauce that was hearty, savory, and deeply comforting. The Serafina’s Seafood di Mare was a showstopper — a luxurious medley of fresh, succulent seafood tossed in a fragrant garlic white wine sauce, served over linguine.
For the meat lovers, the Grilled Steak Tips were juicy, boldly seasoned, and cooked to a flawless medium-rare. On our next visit we are defiantly trying the Mixed Grill Platter!
To end the night, we were surprised with made-to-order cannoli — crisp, golden shells filled with luscious, sweet ricotta cream and topped with a colorful, fun variety of toppings from chocolate chips to crushed pistachios. It was a playful and indulgent finale to a truly memorable meal.
The service throughout the evening was warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff clearly takes pride in what they serve — and with good reason.
A huge thank you to the Primavera team and our waitress Marilyn for an unforgettable dining experience, and a special shoutout to Jerry for his kindness and generosity. We’ll absolutely be back! Toni...
Read moreI have never attended a wedding with a staff that was so unorganized and rude. Out of all the staff there was one server that was pleasantly outgoing , helpful and genuinely very nice. The wedding was at six, usually you plan to be there about 45 mins . Before for drinks if it has a Bar in the waiting area. There was a bar, but no tender, and she arrived at ten of six and still would not serve anyone a drink.........the only time I’ve seen this happen is at a church wedding!!!! I made excuses as it was my best friends daughter that was getting married. I heard so many discouraged people that I truly felt like crying........there were small plastic glasses and a picture of Lemon water! The ceremony itself was beautiful, everyone looked stunning and handsome, although the sound system was extremely poor and really could not be heard from the balcony. The reception room was beautifully decorated, the DJ fantastic , but the food was only so so..... Most of mine was cold and I wasn’t quite sure what I was eating. Everyone at our table questioned where we were going as there was no bar set up in the hall, that was also a first for me and I’ve been to many, many weddings! I was very saddened by all the guests comments to others, but of course we made no comments to the family itself out of respect for their special day. I would hate to see this fiasco happen at another wedding. We will all be sure to spread the word. Probably why none of us ever heard of the place before, and I have friends in Millis, and Medway, and Milford.......who would Never eat there! So...
