Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milltown

This is your average Domino's pizza in terms of taste. The staff here is very friendly, and quick! If you order online or via phone, the estimate they provide you of when your food will be ready is always accurate. This location has been renovated recently, and looks very modern, with TV screens displaying the menu, and a separate TV screen which shows which orders are being made, and the estimated time in which the order will be ready.

There is limited seating available, perhaps 3 tables with 4 chairs each. So if you want to dine in, that is an option. As mentioned before, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One time, my order was delayed by 10 min, and when it was finally ready, I asked for a side of sauce (their garlic sauce is amazing to dip crusts in). They gave me 3 for free, to make up for the delay in the order. Of the dozens of times I have frequented this location, this was the only time my order was delayed.

Horrible Customer service. Ordered from them yesterday. Delivery driver (Michael) was supposedly on his way at 1:25pm, called Dominos at 1:53pm to find out where he was. Was told he went to an address in South River (makes no sense because there is no Tices Lane in South River) called at 2pm was told he’ll be at my door in 5 minutes, he didn’t arrive till like 20 minutes later didn’t apologize for the delay (I was so upset but I still tipped the guy). Giving them the benefit of the doubt and decided to order from them again today, big mistake! Upon arriving, the delivery driver asks for payment AGAIN (i paid online and the money had already been taken out of my account). Upset, I sent him back where he came from with the pizza and called Dominos. Spoke to MOD, who clearly lacked customer service skills himself. He didn’t offer any sort of compensation for their mistakes, or even a simple apology and even refused to refund me for the inconveniences I’ve experienced...

If I could give it 5 negative stars I would. My daughter and a friend went into the establishment and ordered food. The girl behind the counter became VERY aggressive and went to beat them up because the 2 girls were laughing amongst themselves and the girl thought they were laughing at them. Another employee came and went in front of the aggressive employee and took her to the back. I went to the restaurtant the next day to discuss this with the manager, and he said he wasn't there so he could not make any determination of the situation. My feeling is you should never go around trying to beat people up and if one of your employees is that aggressive then they need to be terminated. Needless to say corporate will be notified. The manager would not even give me the first name of the employee. I don't young people to know this behavior is not okay. I could not post this unless I gave a star. Needless to say I...
