Bonkey's Ice Cream & Snoballs — Restaurant in Millville

Got the key lime pie flavor, terribly artificial tasting. I asked to exchange for a different flavor and they said no. Which is fine but also didn’t offer samples. Tried my family members flavors and they also tasted artificial (banana cream pie). I am surprised by the rave reviews of this business.

Update because the business responded saying if you eat a majority of the product they won’t exchange. I had one lick of the ice cream. The associate asked their manager and they said no. I spent $5 plus I tipped. Only to throw away...

The first one star I have ever given. Everyone in my family was disappointed with their ice cream and drinks. The brownie batter milkshake was pure vanilla ice cream. The snow cones were poorly constructed, and the ice cream sundae were underwhelming. I would have at least given 2-3 stars for effort, but the staff member (a woman with an eastern European accent) was rude and short when we posed questions about the ice cream and service. I would not recommend this location and hope they make improvements...

This place is awesome! They had reasonable prices with true quality soft served ice cream and a massive variety of flavors!

They also have plenty of parking, with a room on the side that's open to the public for eating without being scorched by the sun and chairs and a table to sit at.
