I have to admit the reason that I went here was because of the reviews. I thought a little smoke shop would be nice, personable, professional, and I was wrong. Well, 1/2 wrong. When I walked in, I was greeted by the gentleman that was in there, he was New and trying his best, but the young lady just apparently had a bad day. She was rude, not professional no customer service whatsoever from her and it just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was worried about what was on TV, then helping me. Really made me feel guilty about spending money in a place that I was excited to come and check out. I asked a few questions, got a couple lack luster, monotoned responses and decided to buy a piece of glass anyway. Maybe it was the question of “ Is any of your glass China production?” I probably shouldn’t have, Looks like the piece was broken and glued back together after I got home and had a better look at it. That’s my fault I should’ve looked at it better and done more research before I spent money. They must’ve received the majority of these reviews when this young lady was either not working or it was a different time altogether. It was your choice to choose the job that you’re in, you should not make people feel crappy about the employment decision...

Top notch customer service with John. He explained the Puffco Proxy Pro, and he was able to answer many questions I threw at him. He even suggested I pour some alcohol on my rolling tray to clean, and it looks like new! I have been to several places, and I felt best speaking with John, so I spent about $500, which is no drop in the bucket. Yet I left satisfied and didn't feel bad about spending that kind of money. They have so many products and all kinds of products for consumption. Prices are comparable to online as well. Definable will return myself, and I highly recommend this business. Been going here for a little while to get my supplies whatever they may be. Recently I ran into an issue with a product that kept running after it was not in use. Took it to the shop to see if this was common and to see if I could swap and they said since it was opened it couldn’t be returned. I’m not an expert but most things in this store need to be used before you know if they work or not. I’ve heard they don’t take anything back no matter what, and now that I’ve experienced this I won’t be shopping here anymore.
