My kids and I were here for lunch for the second time, we did this past Saturday...We already visited this place once, and it was nice... That's why I returned with my kids this Saturday. But the experience was unfortunately very unpleasant. First, the girl in front, gave us a table at the alcohol bar area. And I asked her please to change the table pls... I think she didn't like that. She complied with my request but looked a bit annoyed, she gave us to another area in front of the waiters' stations area, where they come out of the kitchen.I felt uncomfortable with my kids, because the waiters were coming out with the hot trays and plates, they touching our chairs... I asked the waitress to come in and ask about our drinks. For the second time, a table in a safer area for my children. She did not allow me to move and said that I had to speak in front of them so they would give me permission to sit at a different table. The place had a lot of empty table spots. But I don't know the reason why they were acting like that. My 11 year old son who speaks better English went to ask and a nice girl came and she gave us the most suitable table in the end. But damn they ended up ruining our lunchtime. The waitress who did not attend to us was rude when taking our food order. She seemed angry doing the work and in a hurry. When she brought the hot plates she didn't want to put them on the table expecting the children to receive them. She seemed angry serving us. I ordered a coffee, the coffee is was super cold. I told her... And she said I will try to bring hot coffee but I don't guarantee it... I said this is a joke..!! My son asked me what happens to the ladies here....!! The food was served to us and we didn't even have 25 minutes when this waitress brought us the bill. After asking, "you're not going to order anything else, right?" There were other people next to us, they were already there when we arrived lol, she was also serving them. But they didn't have their bill on the table yet. I said what the hell happened here? Is it a crime to ask for a table suitable for eating comfortably in this place?!!! Literally, they treated us very badly..!!And the worst thing about the situation was that they were people of my Hispanic origin..!!I don't want to go back to this place... I felt discriminated against and without any kindness or courtesy from this service of people. And the saddest thing is that they are...

Had a very unpleasant visit for dinner last night , went to the bar area to have a drink while i was on waitlist , sat down no one attended to me , 2 males come in sit down the lady at the bar cleans their table and asks them for their order meanwhile i was there first waiting about 5 mins waited to see if i would be asked for drink order or get the area clean since there was dirty dishes on counter , ,a male came out from the back of the bar i asked if he can wipe my table and clean up dishes , he said previous guest just left , meanwhile i was waiting there for 5 minutes i ask him to wipe table and gave him my drink order without him asking , I usually come to celebrate birthday dinners with friends and family this time came to celebrate my coworkers birthday dinner we received dinner in this order ,pastas first no fountain drink , we asked for the salad with ranch on the side, what we got was a salad with Italian dressing , we asked another server if we can get the fountain drink and correct salad and also we were missing the bread sticks , she got us the items , by the time we ate the salad pasta was cold , returned the pasta to get warm lady tells me she will put it in the microwave, I thought whatever u can do to warm it up, next we seen 2 male workers passing by I asked if we can have chesse they brought it and I did it myself for salad n pasta I was thankful for the extra help, our server made us feel unwelcomed although I tried having a conversation with him when I first arrived , Store Manager was notified of issue and I thank him for stopping by and taking time to hear our feedback, dessert was delicious he made dinner go smooth and was very kind and apologized, pasta was brought back warm for the third try. Giving 1 star all because of the kind employees who jump to fix the issue, original server never checked up on us , we felt...

My recent dining experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of fantastic! The ambiance, service, and, of course, the food, all combined to make it a memorable evening.

To start, we indulged in the Stuffed Ziti Fritters, which were a delightful fusion of crispy fried ziti filled with a gooey blend of five Italian cheeses. The contrast between the crunchy exterior and the oozing cheese inside was simply heavenly. Served with both homemade marinara and alfredo sauces, they provided a burst of flavors that left us craving more.

For the main course, the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine was a true highlight. The tender chicken sautéed with spinach and mushrooms in a creamy marsala mushroom sauce was a symphony of rich and savory tastes. Served over perfectly cooked fettuccine, it was a comforting and satisfying dish that I’ll be dreaming about for a long time.

We complemented our meal with the Italian Margarita, a delightful concoction that beautifully married the flavors of Italy with a classic cocktail. The combination of Jose Cuervo Especial Silver tequila, triple sec, and the sweet Italian liqueur, amaretto, created a unique and refreshing drink that perfectly balanced the meal.

To add a touch of sweetness to our dinner, we ordered the Raspberry Lemonade, which was a refreshing and fruity counterpart to the savory dishes. Its tartness was balanced by the sweet raspberry flavor, making it a delightful accompaniment to the entire meal.

Overall, my experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of the food, the friendly service, and the overall Italian atmosphere made it a memorable night out. I can’t wait to return to savor more of their delicious dishes and explore their extensive menu. Olive Garden is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Italian...

Update (Jan 20, 2024): Went there again. Food was great. Service is just ok. The person who seated us was just not ok to consider our request. She kept insisting to sit on a table next to restroom. Also, when we asked for another serving of the soup, the waiter had a really long face. As if to mock - do you really want it. I hope mgmt looks into it. --- We went there for a dinner. The place was full (despite being a big restaurant). We have to wait for an hour to get seated. So we took off to the nearest store in GreatMall. We eventually got a text. The person who seated us gave us a center table. The seats were a big uncomfortable. So we requested them to change it. Here comes the weird part. There were multiple seats which were vacant by then. Still the operator wanted us to go back in the queue and wait out (for additional 10mins). So we asked if we can just take up a different seat. She eventually understood and agreed. The waiter was polite/prompt and courteous. He even told us about the complementary option (of soup) which we didn't know about. That helped us settle on the order quickly. The food was served quickly. The breads were amazing. The soup was also good. The pasta portion size could have been a little more. Overall, we had a good experience. The only thing which can be improved is the option to make a reservation upfront so that no one has to wait. We were just 2 people.

BUSY AND AVERAGE. Olive Garden was not the best Italian restaurant I have Ben too. Not even close. We started with a couple drink the passion fruit strawberry limonata which was actually really good kind of sour and sweet. We also got the raspberry lemonade which just tasted like Caprisun so not impressed. We then got the infamous salad, soup, and breadsticks. The soup and breadsticks were ok they did not have much flavor and were quite boring, however the salad I really enjoyed with a nice zesty Italian dressing! The main course I had was the chicken Alfredo with the crispy chicken. The crispy chicken itself was so good. It was cooked to perfection and had amazing spice to it, very tender and crispy. It did have a stale oil taste to it but it was barely noticeable. The pasta and sauce however were lacking in flavor. It was super cheesy but it had little salt and pepper or any seasonings in general which I wasn’t a fan of. The service was phenomenal though. Our server was very observant and she was really patient with our large party too. The prices were also not bad at all and the ambiance was nice and a little fancy inside. OVERALL Olive Garden wasn’t that bad but it was not the best. I do reccomend it if you go with a large group however. ENJOY!
