Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Milton-Freewater

When my husband and I are traveling we will stop and grab a pizza on our way home. We have visited this location 3 times and each time was terrible. Each time we have called our order and 45 minutes later arrive to an empty location and our order hasn't even been started. However, this last visit was by far the worst. I called 45 minutes prior to arrival to place our order and was hung up on more times than I can count. I assumed that the employees were having telephone problems. Upon my arrival I noticed only three people on duty and one of which was the same pregnant woman that had been there during previous visits in the past. I watched her pick up the ringing telephone and hang up and proceeded to tell her staff not to answer the telephone or accept any more orders. I walked out, I won't patron the disrespect when we all need to be supporting small local business. That lack of professionalism is sicking and I felt sorry for her coworkers who look to her for guidance and that is...

Most of the time this place is pretty good, not tonight 2/1/21. Called in she said 30min, I gave her 40. Got there and truck ahead had to park aside and wait. She told me they were still making the order and I could wait. I watched her make the other guys pizza and give it to him. Then she started on mine. Only took 10min to get it all done. The whole time talking to coworker's that I guess were to busy to help for the 40min before I got there. So many people needing jobs and the one's that have one don't seem to give a dam about earning there wages. Don't think I'll be supporting this...

Worst papa's I've ever been to. Walked into the place with no other customers inside or in the drive thru. Was greeted with be with u in a sec, as we waited we watched one employee drop a crust on the floor then just pick it up and start putting toppings on it, as another employee had a sneezing fit all over the topping line. after sitting and waiting for 10 minutes and seeing the disgusting employee actions another customer enters and is immediately asked what she wants as my child and I still sit just waiting.
