Most horrible experience EVER!! Been a customer at that company for a couple of years now and never had such disrespect! Food was raw (or undercooked rather)...so I called to inform the manager (Bryan/Ryan) answers the phone and proceeds to tell me that he is one of the managers and that the meat was probably from the middle of the roast causing it to be pink...also saying if we want it brown we should request it while ordering. Ok no problem! He said they would replace the order and he wanted me to send him a picure of our food to his cell phone. Well, my husband brought it up there instead so they could see for themselves since they were replacing it anyway. When he got there he was told that he must've called the wrong Arby's!! I rechecked the number and no it was the correct one. So the (I'm guessing real) manager, Chris, tells my husband that they are suppose to cook the meat to a medium rare, we just wanted cooked meat that's all, so he (Chris) tells my husband that he will redo the order (in a very rude manner) and that he can just keep the other sandwiches too so he could have more to eat!!! So very rude and disrespectful! (My husband is skinny-but that doesn't matter, it was offensive). Clearly we did not want the undercooked meat on the food that was brought up there and we certainly didn't want the attitude. I will NOT be returning to this Arbys as long as I know those two are still employed with the company. So, I've called the 800 number and gave a survey of our experience as well as making this review. And I will continue to let everyone know how low down we were treated. And we are very understanding and open minded people, so this whole thing just baffled us. Do not eat there...we went between 4pm and 5pm on...
Read moreNegative and Horrible treatment by the Night shift window worker, on August 7, 2021 Saturday about 7:20 pm The Blonde lady, who works at Arby’s told me and my husband to pull over in their parking lot, at the Arby’s on Caroline Street, in Milton, Florida, to wait for our food order! After watching 5 cars get their food, and After waiting 20 minutes, My husband and I Asked her for help, and she got hostile and insulting with us, and yelled at us, from the Drive thru window!! We were concerned because 5 cars had gotten their food and we were way before those 5 cars!! We finally got our food and we felt insulted and traumatized by this rude and unprofessional Arby’s window worker on The night shift, about 7:20 pm!! We are senior citizens and good Christians And we stayed calm and we stayed professional, through this horrible experience With this Arby’s night crew lady!! If this Arby’s worker feels stress, because of her job, she should not take it out on The innocent customers!! We will never return back to this restaurant And we do not want to be yelled at, by a Hostile and stressed out Arby’s worker, This was not our fault, and we remained Calm and kind and professional!! Please train your Arby’s workers to be Professional and to have good manners!! This is poor customer service and no one to Inform the customers that we are working on your order, and to apologize for the long wait! Why 5 car’s behind us got their food before us And why we were treated badly!! Worst experience ever!! We will go to Burger King where we are treated always with kindness and with respect!!

Read moreThe whole experience here is absolutely amazing. I have worked fast food on and off for 11 years as a carhop to a manager..... I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my father is disabled we normally go out to eat and always go in. Gwen that was working the counter has been nothing but amazing to every person she speaks too. She is respectful takes her time with each customer. She's Accurate and she makes sure she leaves an impression on each customer. The food looked as good as it tasted. It was warm and we waited maybe 5 minutes before our name was called. The whole team/staff in the back and in the drive thru glowed! The environment is a very well managed and team work is awesome. They cut up and joke but they work very well together. The environment is very inviting. I have ZERO complaints. The price was oh so worth it. $22 for two large meals loaded french fries and the brisket flat bread... We go to any other fast food and spend $30 for two small basic meals. I'm very pleased and will be back. Oh and they all had their mask on property and washed their hands when the timer...
