I started going here a few years back where the food was so good! I am a New Yorker and moving to the south crushed me because I couldn’t find a good pizza restaurant until I came across this place. Service, parking, and the food was excellent. The last few months they have gone down on quality. Yesterday I gave it one more shot, I was craving a regular cheese slice fresh and hot. It was a little after 5 and the waitress was nice and I asked her for a fresh slice she said we don’t have a fresh slice I asked how long has it been sitting there she said 2 hours...wth! She gave me this long speech about I am here between lunch and dinner...5 o’clock is dinner and shouldn’t you have fresh pies???? Then I ordered joe’s ravioli and it was ok...just ok! As I was waiting for my food I was watching the kitchen and omg the cook was eating from the container he was taking food from to cook for guests. He saw me watching him and he just stared at me like I was doing something wrong. He kept touching his blue tooth in his ears and then touching the food. I was completely disgusted. The food came and of course I was hesitant. My husband ordered the philly sandwich and I begged him not to eat it because the cooks hand was all over his food, mouth, and ears. I saw it!!!!!!!! The garlic knots was stale, cool to touch, and you knew it was sitting out for sometime. Overall my company and I will never order...
Read moreCame here because reviews were high and seemed like it’d be a good place for the kids. However, we arrived at noon and only one other table had customers. Thought that was off for a 4.5 star avg. it took a long time to get our food and most of the order was salads, soups and pizza by the slice. Should not have taken as long as it did. Especially, when they only had one other table at the time. They actually forgot my slice of Sicilian pizza and then the waiter was nowhere to be found. One the cooks saw me looking over my shoulder and came over to ask if I needed anything. I told him I was still waiting the slice I ordered and he said he’d check. About 5 mins later our waiter finally shows up and drops the slice in front of me and walks off. He didn’t stop and say anything, which would have been nice because the rest of the family was done at this point. We all had empty glasses too. He never refilled any of our drinks once. On top off that. my slice was not crispy at all. The dough was soft. For a couple salads, slices, a soup and wings, cost us $70. And for a really poor experience! I think two stars is probably being too nice. I don’t do a lot of reviews, so it takes a lot for me to get on here and take the time to write this. Hopefully, our experience was a...
Read moreNot going to say who it was but I did come here with my 5 year old and my mom to have a birthday dinner (we went out to celebrate tonight) his bday is tomorrow but so is his cousins so I wanted hom to have his own thing tonight. I told our waitor that to get a measly slice of cake ( I've been a waitress for years its a quick comp on the touch screen) to go along with our 70 dollar dinner. They said no since his birthday wasn't foe another 12 hours. My son was pretty upset but is well behaved. I still left a great tip and was hoping to at least have a nice rest of the evening. They refused to look me in the eye after that even tho I was the one paying. Would only address my mom. U guess they thought I wasn't old enough to communicate with at 30? Bad vibes really disappointed. They didn't seem happy to be there or happy we gave them a great tip. I've been in all kind of circumstances and felt certain ways on certain days as a waitress but I never acted like that to nice guests. Regardless of the cake we still bought one bad vibes after that even tho we were super cool about it. We've probably spent thousands at this place and have always gone here. Kinda sad. I don't wanna call anyone out but maybe have a team meeting or...
