Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milton

I went into this dunks tonight around 7:00pm I was on a walk with my 3 year old and she likes the hash browns so I went in to grab one little order of hash browns. The woman in there was wiping tables down and her whole family was sitting at one of the tables kids and all so didn’t see the big deal in bringing my 1 child in. She made it very clear she was mad we came in started slamming stuff around giving nasty looks I have no idea why she’s so mad they were not closing.. so now I’m at the cash register to order my one little order of hash browns the guy taking my order was nice but here she comes spraying cleaning spray right on my 3 year old all over her and her iPad instead of asking us to move or wait literally 2 seconds for us to be done ordering she stood right over my child spraying cleaning supply! I very quickly asked her to stop because I didn’t want it to get in my daughters eyes she got mad at me like I was the problem! That was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere! I can’t believe someone would Spray a child with cleaning supplies and be so rude to a mom and a baby just trying to get hash browns on an evening walk! She was so nasty and hateful! Yelling in another language clearly talking about me and how angry she was I was there! Mean while her whole family sitting there while she’s working! Dunks do better! She needs to go she could have seriously hurt my child if the cleaning supply got in her eyes or mouth!...

If I could give this less than 1star I would!! I always order on the go so I never actually speak with the employees at this location until TODAY 2/4/18 I walked into to get a coffee for $1.00 due to the patriots win yesterday in the Super Bowl ...What turned out to be a normal transaction turned into total confusion,,,,The women (who would not give me her name said the hot coffee was not $1.00 it was ice coffee only so she began to charge me for a large ice coffee and stated DONT worry your app when you pay will only deduct a $1.00 ...after she scanned it it took almost $3.50 for the $1.00 coffee so I asked her for the refund she said NO...and began saying she didn't do anything wrong...I asked her for my receipt she also said NO...the worker was acting crazy so I asked again for her name and the receipt so I could talk with the owner at a later day...nothing..NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS...

There are two Dunkin' locations on Adams St.—one in Quincy and the other in Milton. This one is the latter. There is a small parking lot in the back, which is a bit difficult to turn into, as the entrance is quite narrow.

I went during lunch on a weekday, and it was overrun by teenagers and quite chaotic. However, service was fast and friendly. Hot Churro Latte ($3.39): Tbh, I was most excited to try the whipped cream, which is supposed to be drizzled with caramel and dusted with cinnamon sugar, but I did not realize that hot lattes do not come with whipped cream. This just tasted like a normal hot coffee, so while it wasn't bad, it wasn't what I was looking for. Chocolate Frosted Donut ($1.59): This was surprisingly $0.10 cheaper than the donuts from the Dunkin' a few blocks down in Quincy. It tasted how it usually tastes, so no...
