Milton Wok — Restaurant in Milton

Okay I don't normally write reviews, but when I pulled up in front of this place for some reason I decided to read a lot of the reviews before I went in. Well, there are a lot of people that say the food is terrible and the service is horrible and I could not disagree more. Please take it from me my most favorite food on the planet is Chinese food. I've been too many Chinese food restaurants in my life, some good some bad, and this one is good. The food is what I would call your normal Chinese food experience with awesome hot tea and really good chow mein fried rice, the almond chicken is ridiculously good, the fried rice is super bomb, soup was brought out immediately and immediately followed by my food I didn't see anyone waiting and I talked to a few people in there cuz I was by myself and they all were like oh yeah this is my favorite spot around. So the people that wrote the bad reviews we're probably your typical completely self-centered impatient, entitled, wants everyone else in the world to stop doing what they do on a regular basis, completely lacking in anything mindful type of people that probably didn't want Chinese food in the first place. Just a shot in the dark. But I never miss...lol... anyways, if your weary about going in because you don't know if the food's good or not trust me it is and I will be back...

We have eaten at the Milton Wok at least 2 two times a year for a few years. We hadn't been there in the last year and a half partly because of the pandemic.

A few days ago, we decided that we would like Chinese food. We had always liked going there because we liked the food and the service was good and the prices were reasonable.

NOT ANYMORE. We ordered the Hong Kong meal for two. We had requested a substitution which was done as we had requested. We had our meal as a take out meal and we were looking forward to a great meal at home. Sadly that is not what we got.

The food was not the same quality as what they used to serve. It was quite disappointing . The flavor of the entire meal was disgustingly gross. This was absolutely the worst Chinese Food that we have ever eaten. It was also surprising that the cost of the food had gone up quite substanially since we were there last. If we had eaten in we would probably have refused to pay for our meals. They should probably be turned in for the lousy quality of the food.

I recommend that anyone that wants chinese food should find a better place to go. We won't be going back...

Bah, been eating here for about 4 years now, it's the closest Chinese to our home. The food was always decent enough, albeit a bit pricey for the quality. But last night was our last visit. I called in dinner to pickup, the woman was telling me how busy she was. She stated it several times and was obviously very flustered. When I arrived, she had failed to put in our Broccoli Beef. She then proceeded to argue with me and show her piece of paper she wrote the order on. And since she didn't write it down, she was under the impression that proved she was right. When I got back in the car, my wife even said she heard me order it, and this lady doesn't have a clue. We won't be back, maybe ever. The Chow Mein noodles are awful, they are worse than Panda Express. They went cheap and changed thier menu. Want it known it wasn't the owners but a heavy set order woman...but the owner was standing right there. I was a server for many years, you never argue with a guest... probably why she works at a...
