Disappointing Experience with DoorDash and Papa John's Pizza. Store: 12890 GA-9, Alpharetta, GA 30004

I recently ordered pizza through DoorDash from Papa John's Pizza and encountered a frustrating issue. After receiving a notification that my order was ready for pickup, I arrived at the store only to be told that it wasn't prepared.

Despite waiting for 20 minutes and inquiring about the status, the staff insisted that the order wasn't ready. When I requested to speak to the store manager, a representative emerged and asked me to leave in a threatening tone.

Only after I explained that I had paid via credit card did they begin preparing my order, delivering it 15 minutes later.

This experience was unacceptable, and I've never encountered such poor customer service.

I typically don't give a bad review so this is a first. I ordered 1 pizza, garlic stuffed crust, extra cheese and a few toppings, with a few cups of zesty sauce. Nothing crazy. Our delivery guy shows up and rings the doorbell on our ring camera. As my woman watcher the ring, he huffs and rolls his eyes after 8 seconds of waiting. Then I open the door, gave him his tip "which now I regret" and he leaves. Then upon opening the box, it just has a regular amount of cheese, barley any toppings, and there's non of the sauces I payed extra for, this order was over $50. Why is my carry out pizza super late from the estimated time, and the door is locked during business hours and I’ve been standing outside with 0 acknowledgement.

Had to ring the bell and was able to talk with someone inside they had a 22pie order and wouldn’t be able to make my pizza till 30minutes (1hr past my estimated time). The person came to talk with me pizza dough in hand he touched the door with the pizza dough and flipped the dough and it touched his hair.

This is the 3rd time ive had an issue with this location, it’s really no the employees fault that someone can order 22 pies and expect only two people to do...
