AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT REAL KBBQ, THIS CAN'T EVEN BE CALLED KBBQ!

Ugh so where do we start? From the poor service to the crazy wait times it was all so very irritating. We went here to try out the kbbq, not really sure what to expect. We have been to many many kbbq both good and bad. If this is what you are looking for stop. Don't even bother going here.

We noticed right away that there is absolutely no banchan whatsoever, ok... well let's see what they have to offer for meat and veggie selection. Poor selection choice and not many are even marinated. More headache, our waitress rarely ever checked up on us and was slow to replenish our orders for more food. We even had a switcheroo of waitresses, there are 2 waitresses now serving us, both incompetent. Service again is slow and they weren't even busy! This is Sunday night! They gave us a side of lettuce to eat with the bbq I guess you can say that's their "banchan", but it was in a container not really fit for serving food in. Not only that there was a piece of bokchoy mixed in which says A LOT!

Half way through they switched our grill and my husband wiped the grill because there was something on it. To his surprise there was a filthy layer of black residue that came off onto his napkin. Obviously they are not washing their equipment very well.

We did order from their regular menu for the kids and both the lomein and chicken noodle soup were just ok. The fried dumplings on the other hand was a total overcooked burnt mess. I can't believe they actually served this to us!

When it came time to get the check they didn't even bother to come get it. By this time I was already so very irritated that I went ahead and took it up to the register to pay. I didn't even bother to pack any of the left over lomein and soup, and that's saying a lot coming from me. I never waste food!

Overall I'd give them negative stars if I could. I wish I could post the pictures I took. AVOID!...

As someone who has studied Chinese for a few years and been to China, I had always liked coming here. My Chinese club had arranged going here to get hot pot and we got a discount since there was so many of us. Normal hot pot (which you can get anything and all you can eat) is usually $23. Our discount was that each of us pay $15 for a limited menu. However, when we got the food it was not enough for any of us (all 15 of us in attendance agreed it was not enough) and since we were still paying $15 we thought we could at least get more. When we asked the waitress she said that was not the deal. One of us asked to talk to the boss. When the boss came and we asked if we could get more and complain about the miscommunication, he started to yell at us and call us liars. He and one of us who spoke fluent Chinese argued for at least an hour. He was yelling at her and arguing with her, telling her she was wrong to complain. Then he said that he would rather talk to a man. At this point we were all tired of arguing and asked the boss to leave us alone for the rest of the evening. We said we will still pay the agreed $15 but just wanted to let them know how dissatisfied we were about the amount of food they gave us for the price we were all paying. However, when we asked him to leave, he would not leave and instead started to argue with us, calling us all liars.

Long story short, while the food we had was good, it was not what we all thought we were getting for our money and the service was...

Tried calling to explain what had happened with my food because it was just awful, the batter was so crispy you could barely bite through it ! And the shrimp was so dried out it didn’t taste like anything edible , and then when I tried getting a number to send a pic as the woman on the phone wanted she gave me the first three numbers and then started yelling at me for not saying something sooner ! I’m sorry I thought it would get better ! Like I thought it may be a few ! But no absolutely awful, update , decided to try them again , and their delivery service is awful ,, we where told the food would be here at 1:10 we where still waiting at ,1:30 , we got one update in a text that said the delivery driver was on their way at 1:15 and we tried texting and calling the number and no response , we tried calling the restaurant and they said that they didn’t know when she left etc and to try calling her and I told him that she was not responding and just decided to wait a little longer , we never got another response from the delivery driver and in the notes we asked that they call when they got ther to hand us the food , the next thing we get is a message saying food was handed to us , which we never did get it handed to us !!! I went outside and the food was at the curb in the pouring rain , tried calling the restaurant and informed the restaurant and they kept telling us that it was handed to us even though we have cameras!! Absolutely...
