Many have received good services but I certainly did not. On 8/21/17, wanted to see if they could repair an Lg g style 2 phone screen, as it was shattered completely. Mike told me they were able to to do it, however, they didn't have the part so they had to order it and it would come 3 to 5 business days, once the part came it would take about an hour to complete the task, which would come out to a total of $137, which is paid after repairs are done. Agreed to have the fix, waited the 3 to 5 business days, so decided to call on 8/25/17, just to check the status on it. Mike told me that they were still waiting for the part, that it should come on 8/26/17 and it would take an hour to complete and they would call me. Never received a call, so I decided to wait another week, called again on 9/2/17, Alex picked up and I asked him about the status of the phone I dropped off and I gave him the order number. He told me that it's being fixed at the moment and it should be ready in 10 minutes and they will call me. I waited for 30 minutes and no call, so I decided to go to the place and see what was up. I came in, and I gave my receipt to Jacob, he went to the back to check up on the status. He told me that it wasn't fixed yet and that the part wasn't in and that it would take 3 to 5 business days. I went out of the place and came back in to have Alex, now being at the counter. I told him that he told me that it was going to be ready in 10 minutes yet it wasn't ready. He gave me the excuse that the name that was under the order number was similar to that of another one that had an iPhone. I clearly gave him the order number over the phone, there should have not been any misunderstanding. This was my third flag, I didn't trust them anymore with fixing the phone, as they kept giving me excuses, I told Alex to just give me the phone back. Finally, Jacob came out and he told me that they have the part for the phone and they can fix it in three hours, the part that they said was not in and would take 3 to 5 business days, that was my last straw. I told him no and to just give me the phone back, I left the place so angry and disappointed. For the price of $137, I could have just replaced the phone itself, now I'm left with finding another place to find that's honest and straight up with the turn...
Read moreTheyBreak&DontFix. Brought in laptop. They told me they would fix it in one week. Called back one week later and was told it was never looked at and they would call me back that day. I had to call them again the next day BC they failed to call me like they said twice. I went in to retrieve it and unbeknownst to us, they not only did not reconnect the battery which was not broken, they didn't even know I gave them the charger. After I asked if I needed to call on Monday to assure the part was ordered, I was treated very rudely by MAYA. After I called to explain the situation that they left my battery disconnected which was not the condition I gave them in and how I wanted it connected & how the desk girl was rude, MAYA continously interrupted me to rudely defended her behavior. When i asked to speak to the person who could fix my computer or manager, MAYA hung up on me. After MAYA talked to the manager she would not allow me to speak with, she texted me informing me the manager would no longer do work on the computer and that they would call the police if we came back. All we did was expect the computer to be returned in the condition it was given while we waited for the $400 part and service to be completed.. We did not cuss or yell or threaten, even though MAYA was completely rude and showed a great lack of customer care.
