Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Wow... so bad. Nobody in line... not busy... get up to counter and see theres no food made. Literally one pretzel dog. The girl supposedly working there is on her phone while i stand in line for 2 minutes... she looks at me like she doesnt know why I'm there, doesnt say a word and then goes back to her phone. Why are you not making food as you clearly have none to serve or at least helping people waiting? I had to wait for someone to come out of the back to help serve me the one food item they had. Was at mke Airport and went to auntie Anne's. Was told they did not have any nibbles available just what was out there. I asked how long for new ones was told 30 minutes. After 40 minutes of watching and waiting which is hilarious because they closed the gates I went back up and asked thru the gate how much longer and was told 20 minutes. I responded and said you told me 30 and that was 40 minutes ago. I could see they had pretzels and had bags on them but not serving customers. I waited until I had to board. Terrible...

Went up to order with one other lady in line asking for a lid to cover her soda. Once I got up there the gentleman (older, with mustache) walked away then looked back at me, slammed the cup on the counter, said “ARE YOU SERIOUS” and walked up to me and said to me (very rudely) “Can I help you”.
