Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I walked up and down terminal C to find food. At the end I chose this place since it had surprisingly good prices (+4% surcharge for inflation when I went). While the other reviews seem bad, I found the food and service good (maybe they changed, maybe I got lucky!). I came at a busy time so the cashier asked me if the wait will be okay. I told her yes, and indeed waited, but the italian sandwich I got was actually really good. Big portion--surprisingly a lot of meat especially for the price. Not sure if they gave me extra amount of meat because of the long wait or not, but either way I recommend this place. The cashier and the person who handed me the food were also kind. The only down side was that the italian sandwich was pretty messy to eat due to the olive oil, so I'd ask for less olive oil if you plan to eat it...

Bought a sub and rushed off to catch my flight. Realized once I was at the gate that I had left my credit card at Cousins. I hurried back to Cousins and employee Mildred Sanchez told me that she had given my card to a security agent who took it to my gate. Instead of sending me on my way, Mildred came with me to find the security agent. She walked all the way to the gate with me, where we found my card with the gate agent. I was incredibly impressed with Mildred's customer service and caring attitude. This happened a few months ago and I promised her I would do a review because exceptional service needs to be recognized. Better late than never. Rachel made my sandwich with hatred. Like you know when you can tell someone hates their life? Her attitude was so disgusting. All I asked for was Mac n cheese and a sandwich and she slammed it into the microwave with disgust. She won’t get far in life with that attitude. I feel so sorry for her. I took one bite from my sandwich, realized how dry it was and how cold the Mac n cheese was on the inside and tossed the food away. What a waste. Rachel needs to go elsewhere because her customer service was beyond nasty. I even thanked her for being so generous and she just rolled her eyes at me. She’s a horrible person.
