Patronizing and Opinionated.. on the evening of 04/11/2025 when I stopped in this locationâŚI found that employees of Jimmy Johnâs - hair pulled back but not tamed, acne face not covered, wearing the same gloves 𧤠while socializing with each other as when preparing orders.
My concern of wanting ingredients that were most likely to be less exposed to the elements ( EX. workers interacting, worker coming in off street walking past food station to get bags, food that sits out uncovered) was met with opinions, sideline commentary, facial expressions, fake smile from the order taker who was making ineffective statements like - âthey go through the ingredients so muchâ and âwe can go under the top meats that are exposed âŚâ, yet meat station worker disregarded possibility to prep my order in the way that matters to me.
There should be no problems when customersâ care about themselves. CARE is to be automatic when providing service and/ or product to customers. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEYâD BE NO REVENUE.
So no protective covering over ingredients; sanitized covering to protect what people will digest (Covid isnât gone.) and my concern of how clean my food is didnât matter.
The Order Taker stated - âwe go through so much (of ingredients), therefore there is revenue to maximize valuing the customers while minimizing risking the customers.
RECOMMENDATION If there are cameras on-site, review and assess the happenings, come to a truthful caring about the customer whether the customer is in the building or not (take out/ dine in/ delivery). MAKING THE RIGHT DIFFERENCES TO FORM OUR ALLEGIANCE WITH...

I asked for the veggie. asked for no avocado sauce, extra mayo, and for it to not be prepared by someone whoâs making meat sandwiches. the guy at the front told one of the sandwich makers not to let her coworker touch it. and she took it the wrong way. i intervened and said iâm a strict vegetarian, i canât have any cross contamination. they then proceeded to get the order wrong. they call out my sandwich but with no cheese. i never asked for that. iâm not vegan. so i didnât move, the worker makes eye contact and tells âyour sandwich is ready đâ i said i never asked for no cheese. she took the sandwich back with an attitude. while i watched them talk about me amongst themselves like i was a bother. they added cheese and i left, no âthank you have a nice dayâ or anything. Iâm trying to eat my sandwich now, to discover they added the avocado sauce anyway and never even cut it. iâve been here to this location a few times and iâve never had a bad experience. but i will not be coming back here again since i was such...
Read moreWhichever neck-bearded man-child is making food here and immediately getting defensive and hanging up on customers when told he made it wrong needs therapy. I called to get it remade and was immediately told he didnât believe me because he made it himself and hung up on me when I asked him to clarify himself. I get that it was busy like he said but donât make your mistake my problem lmao. This ended up with dude screeching into the phone âyouâre not getting your sandwich todayâ like what movie set is this man on lmao. Still havenât gotten my refund.
Edit: this is the same store that adjusted their cc tip after I already have them a cash tip and I didnât even say anything about that. Literally just wanted my right sandwich and I wanted the person on the other end of the phone to not talk down to me when I was telling him that he...
