There's a rude lady manager that get's on the phone every time says she owns the place every time I ask to Speak to higher authority she has slick comment she's rude and at first she says he's not here then she says she owns the place clearly your just the manager. she says he an't here and not going be for a very long time and won't be there for a very Long time in very very rude way. she's very very rude I'm hoping they do something about her she's very rude. Disgusting clients. Good food 1 star quality people working there.😒 if you don't wanna answer the phone have somebody else answer the phone that's what you do at a job if don't like it then quit, people troll play on the phone all the time does that mean you should be rude to every costumer or assume every costumer is bad. after looking at reviews, i almost didn’t come. i haven’t been since new management, like many other reviewers, but wanted to give it a shot regardless. i do regret my decision. i’m not mad about service. single dude was very nice and got right to my order. had a good chat with the ladies waiting with me. i am a patient person always willing to let food staff take their time. ordered a double cheeseburger. the burgers were way bigger than expected. very shocking, but i guess i should have known at it coming to about $11. the custard is why it’s two stars. i ordered a kitts special with strawberry custard. the custard had a not good icy texture. the flavor was not good and the texture was, to me, inedible. my girlfriend ordered a strawberry deluxe thinking marshmallow would be fluff. it was mini marshmallow. bummer. definitely not the same after new management...

I make a point to give my business to local establishments vs. large chains but sometimes, it's just not worth it. I have been coming to this place for 15 years and it has turned into a sad, sad joke. I had to wait 40 minutes for a burger, sundae, and onion rings -- literally 3 things. Totally uncalled for. The woman working up front said they were "understaffed" but there was a bunch of people in back who just didn't have things coordinated. My hot food was sitting there made and no one bothered to make the sundae, so it just sat. Meanwhile, the orders behind mine were piling up as well. The line was nearly out the door. We told people showing up how long we were waiting and they said they tried to call in ahead to place orders and no one picked up the phone, so they drove in. What an unruly mess. I will never...
