McDonald's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

This McDonald's is a joke! 1 star is far exceeding the rating this location deserves. I read other reviews saying how they can't handle a rush, this is true, but they can't even handle a single order! It took about 7 minutes for me to get 2 hamburgers, and that time started after my order was taken! They didn't season the beef, and the fries were old and way too salty! I used to work at Micky D's when I was a kid, so I know a few more things than the average customer, for instance once the fries come out of the fryer, they only have 7 minutes before they expire and must be thrown away. I didn't time how long they were sitting there, but its a safe bet that they doubled the allotted time. The bin in which they put the fries in must be cleaned every hour, otherwise the salt builds up at the bottom, creating extra salty fries. Which is what happened to me. Drive thru has 60 seconds from when the customers order, until the presenter hands the food out the window. Lol no need to time that! They're lucky to get 60 minutes!

Then they don't have straws, ketchup packets, or napkins in the lobby! They keep them behind the counter and are given to you when your order is ready, or upon request. Talk about cheap! I know businesses must maintain their budget to be profitable, but good grief, a few ketchup packets isn't going to put into the red.. Speaking of cheap, I ordered a vanilla cone and wanted them to put it in a dish for me.. They charged me $0.51 for the dish!

Then on top of everything that I mentioned, the service was slow, and incredibly rude! It was if they felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for ketchup.. She gave me the full eye roll too!

1 last thing, this location is crawling with thieves and lowlifes! Keep your personal belongings in view, do not leave them unattended!

I wouldn't doubt it if the good reviews were the owner or GM with multiple accounts! I can't imagine anyone having something positive to say...

Put in an order on the app at approximately 9:50 PM for pick up through the McDoanld's app. Once I drove to the location there were 4 other cars sitting in the drive thru speakers. There was no movement for 15 minutes, and two cars drove off angry. When I pulled up to the window I saw four terribly rude workers who were sitting there pointing at me and asking what I assumed to be who would talk to me. One girl comes to the window and before I can say anything goes, word for word, "Uhh yeah, we ain't cooking right now. We don't know how do the cooking and we shift changing, so we waiting on a manger to come in and cook the food." and before I can even ask any questions this belligerent worker closes the window and goes back to talking to her friends. So I figured I'd wait 30 minutes and get my food as the app had already taken my money. This instantly then is met by 3 of the workers walking out with bags full of food, drinks, and leaving work. Watching nobody enter the driveway and the lights stay on, and about 7 more cars try to order through the driveway and driving off angry, I decided to leave. I will be contacting anyone that I can, via email and phone call, and be working to both get my refund and have these TERRIBLE workers punished. If you aren't going to work, don't apply for a job. I've never been met by such rude, and useless employees in my life.

On 9/9/16 at approximately 22:20...I encountered a horrible, and reaping experience with this MCDONALD'S location, 74th and APPLETON AV.!!!! Luckily I was on my way to work and stopped for fast food(here). ORDERED 2 FOR FIVE (fish fillets), LARGE FRIES, a TOMATO, and ONION (on the side). I noticed IMMEDIATELY....The were RE-HEATED in the cooking grease, and were served with the meal ordered...I asked if I could have fresh fries w/no salt, like i'd ordered....the man /cashier snatched the FRIES FROM HAND. I eat very LITTLE WITE BREAD, so on my way in to work I STACK MY 2 SANDWICHES and made IT ONE. I saw that the COLOR of the sandwich(s), looked funny!! I ignored it. I BITE INTO THE SANDWICH ONCE, THEN AGAIN!! THE TASTE WAS HORRIBLE. My head started hurting, following my stomach became upset, I'm at work as we speak,..SICK not feeling well From this disgusting MCDONALD'S FAST FOOD. I'm waiting patiently, for 5am, will be call this MCDONALD'S, for a refund,... they will not receive SERVICE FROM ME AGAIN and I WILL be warning EVERYONE I KNOW, stay away from this MCDONALD'S. (I TOSSED THE UNFINISHED, FOOD IN THE GARBAGE AT WORK)....
