McDonald's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I went to this McDonald's because it was late and this particular location is open 24hrs. I ordered and waited in line for about 25 mins. When I got to the window, the employee told me that she didn't have my order on the screen and than proceeded to tell me I would have to go back through drive through. I than asked for a manager to confirm this. The manager was upset when she came to the window and confirmed the employee's instructions to me. By than I was trying to meet them halfway. I told them I would pull over and wait for my food, but there was no way I was going to go back through the line again. The manager than told me that if I didn't go back through the line she would not take my order and closed the window. In shock I sit there at the window for a couple minutes. I finally knocked on the window and the manager came over. I explained to her that I was a paying customer who only wanted two cheeseburgers and explained that even though I was very upset at this moment I would still pull over and wait for my order. She than reluctantly told me to pull up ahead, so I did. Not even two minutes pass and the-the manager was at my window handing...

There is only so much you have to do to cook certain items. I understand these products come frozen, but there should be more handling with the food. The items are fried to hard to the point that they are not edible. Take the picture that I included in the review, the hashbrown is very hard and the sandwich that I purchased was not together and looked very poorly executed. Aside from the food and it's quality, the establishment also over charges individuals on their food items. Ordering items without meat products allows the ability to customize the food item as it is rung up on the POS system. This does not mean that you charge an individual full price and remove the item that makes the sandwhich. I hope that this review does not fall on deaf ears and someone works to improve this establishment for other customers. The establishment has lost ALL my future interest...

I just don't understand why this location is still open and still able to operate under the name such an established brand. McDonald's brand is tarnished by locations that operate in this manner. My daughter ordered a Sausage McMuffin, a hashbrown and a medium Sprite. The customer in front of us was parked and had to wait for their food. We got to the window, paid for our food and got told to park and they would bring it out. The car behind us had to park and wait as well. Over five minutes later, an employee in his street clothes (I guess they no longer have to wear uniforms) came out with the food that was lukewarm at best. So we waited about two minutes to order, another 3-4 minutes for them to have the customer in front of us park, then five minutes for some food to come out that wasn't even hot. It'll be Neveruary when I go back to...
