Wish I could give ZERO STARS. From start to finish this was an overall horrible experience ending with FOOD POISONING. For a place that’s known for their donuts they had such a little, odd variety to choose from. There was hardly any donuts out and the ones that were served were not fresh at all. Tasted like they had been sitting out for days. Not to mention the person at the front counter was kind of rude and didn’t have any knowledge of what kind of donuts were out for the day.
DISAPPOINTED to say the least but that wasn’t even the worst of it. We waited for quite a while for two corn dogs and we were the only people in there. When they came, they looked promising. From bite one it was clear that the dough inside wasn’t cooked all the way through and still raw, which was weird considering how long it took to get our food. Not to mention the second and LAST bite I could even stomach to take had a weird hard piece that I couldn’t even describe, almost like a scab? I have no idea. Just sitting inside the corn dog. I left my food right then and there. Sick to my stomach.
That following night I came home & had the worst stomach pains, fever/chills, proceeded by me throwing my guts out and diarrhea.
Safe to say I will NOT be eating here again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, not worth a dime of my money. DO...
Read moreIt was opening day for the store next door, so my friends and I stopped by to grab a quick bite. From the start, the energy was off—we weren’t greeted and were awkwardly stared at while deciding on what to order.
After placing our orders we sat by the windows for the view, even though it was 58°. A staff member later asked us to move so he could open a window, which felt unnecessary and like a subtle way to make us uncomfortable. My friend also noticed the owner had been watching us the entire time.
Then, one of my friends never got her food. After 30 minutes, we asked about it, only to be told they hadn’t even started her order. No apology, no urgency—just forgot.
We moved to another side of the space to wait for a friend. When another customer came inside and complained about the cold, that’s when they finally shut the windows.
It was obvious we weren’t the kind of customers they wanted. The tension and passive hostility said it all.
We won’t be back—and others should know what kind of...
Read moreThe overall experience was pretty great. I would've done 5 stars if it wasn't so pricey and the crowd there was more so for teenagers. For 3 donuts (they're average sized) that didn't have anything particularly special on them, it was 10 bucks. We got 3 hotdogs, 2 drinks, 3 donuts totaling up to nearly 50 bucks. I got the Ube drink, it was pretty good. I recommend getting the regular one without the brown sugar, it's pretty sweet with just the Ube. The Cheeto half and half was really worth it. The spicy mayo goes really well with the 3 combinations of corn dogs we ordered (regular, ramen, hot cheeto). My toddler liked the hot dog part, the corn dogs themselves are pretty big. The garbages were pretty full and overflowing but other than that the kitchen and line looked clean. The decor was beautiful, I really liked that it had a lounging-like area. The service was pretty average, the cashier...
