The cart was really busy at the time I stopped by and the staff offered me a free drink for the wait, which wasn't necessary at all (the wait wasn't even that long). I will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu and to support the friendly staff.

I was floored by the tacos. Texture and flavor was a 10/10. House waters were wildly good. Our party had some vegetarian guests who both loved the veggie burritos. Would recommend highly to anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine. Order birria anything and Al pastor anything.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tacos El Trompo, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with each taco bursting with flavor and made from fresh ingredients. The carne asada was grilled to perfection.

Al Pastor burrito along with green spicy sauce on the side. Was incredible. Honestly one of the best burritos I’ve had in Portland and the green sauce was amazing. They cooked the onions in the meat, it was all done well, they melted cheese inside, added some crema, and had some fresh lettuce. Perfectly cooked and tasty. Well worth the price as the burrito was ample.
