Arby's — Restaurant in Mineral Wells

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I didn't even get my food the workers inside decided to start arguing by screaming and yelling at eachother and saying they were going to fight one another. I was in line for 40 minutes and finally asked for my money back. Then the manager was to focused on arguing he gave me the wrong amount of money back and I kindly told him it was wrong he went to give me the rest of my money and still didn't get it right. I had to ask for my exact change back because he was less focused on helping me and then wanted to get confrontational with me because of his mistake. I will never go back here. The condimate bar was dirty and several items were empty. The floor was very sticky from spilled soda. The counter person that waited on us did not have any hair restraint and she was doing counter service and in the kitchen prep area. Her uniform was dirty from food prep. She was eating a cookie as I was waited on. One restroom was out of order the other one had a handle that was loose and could fall off. The eating area was neat and clean. I love Arby's food and eat there often. My food was good but the uncleanliness of part of the restaurant left a bad impression on us. This store is newer but I will probably not go back to...

My sandwich was dripping blood because it wasn't cooked very well, I took it back to the counter and they apologized repeatedly and made me another one. When I got the 2nd sandwich the gentleman apologized again and said he nuked it under the light and in the microwave so it should be good. Well it wasn't it was still dripping blood and the bottom bun was saturated in blood. I will not be returning. Also the place had the odor of wet dogs.
