sold me a broken puff co. i was not aware of it being broke as it was a birthday gift to a friend. i bought in 11 days in advance. friend used it once and it broke after that. called to ask what i can do for them selling me a broken item. they said it was past the 10 day return time ( we were never told we could return it if it broke) spent $500 for no reason. went in there and bought one of the most expensive things and can’t get a return because i missed it by 1 day ....
