Very RUDE manager and young people working. Mr.Long wasn't any help. My granddaughters and I were trying to get a order to go Mackala one of the server ,and I didn't get the other young ladies name, just seemed like I was putting them out coming in asking questions. First off they hollered because we forgot our mask,"we can't serve you w/o mask".So we went back in ,the girls knew what they wanted but that order came out wrong but I took it anyway. I was asking what something was and she just gave it to me I said I didn't want that. She got upset and she still didn't listen I ask about egg rolls they were out. I ask how long 3 mins I'll wait. I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years and trained many young people, but to be rude talk under there breath.I told them I would not be back they said good.I went up to pay it was$37. and some change .I gave her $100. bill she couldn't break it, said if I had gone through drive through they could change it. By this time my blood boiling went back to the car to get smaller bills. I told them that we're very unprofessional never seen anything like it. Mackala said I was rude they were glad I wouldn't be back. She went behind to the frylators played like she couldn't hear me. Finally she got my egg rolls and I start out the door they yelled good riddance. That when I met Mr Long I examined to him ask about card to home office no didn't have one or phone number. Anyone that goes in don't be surprised if you don't get what you order or that they don't have any food cooked to choose from. This is not the only Chinese restaurant in Mineral Wells, TX. Ordered through the app for pick up as always. Waited in drive thru 17 minutes.(that really wasn’t an issue). No one came on the speaker after 3/4 minutes so pulled forward to wait. (Only four cars ahead) Get to the window and wait 2/3 minutes before someone appears. I tell the young lady I’d like to pick up my online order that I placed through the app. I was told I had to go inside to pick up. (We’ve always picked up through the drive thru) I asked when did you guys start doing this and that should be in the app. She said we can’t clog the drive thru. I asked for the manager and was told I’d have to wait until tomorrow. Ok, then I’d like a refund because at this point it’s been 21 minutes waiting. Read moreThe worst location I've been to so far and just keeps getting worse. Their spicy entrees are MUCH spicier here than any other location I've been to and so spicy I can't eat them. Today we went through the drive thru and had to sit out front for 20 minutes waiting for one of the entrees to be cooked. We ended up having to go in and our food was just sitting there and not very warm by the time we got to eat. There was also a lady sitting there next to us that was there longer than us and we assumed she was waiting for her food, too. They also put so much rice and super greens in our meals, so there was hardly any of the actual entree. I wanted to try a new NOT spicy entree with super greens, but couldn't even taste the little bit they gave me over the watery veggies.
