I came out to eat rough 5 30 to 6 o clockish. When i got there i was the only customer. So the next party that came in got sat RIGHT behind me. So everytime these folks got up my chair was bumped. Eh whatever at this point ya know i just moved to the other ened of the table. The next party comes in and is sat IMMEDIATELY beside me (which the inside table among the 9 or so) and the folks were big and healthy. So them making their way to the food reaults in someone bumping or leaving not only to my chair but now my table. I tried my best to focus on food at this point. Dry, not fresh, and everything that was supposed to be crunchy was now soggy and vice versa. Well at this point u guessed it someone else in town was hungry toođ. 2 parties come in at this time. Wanna bet where the first folks were sat? Right dadgum behind me (i moved around the table earlier remember). The next party put in a booth right across the walkway from me. NOW im forced to listen to all of these random conversations and phone videos, i have to stand up now when someone wants out to eat (even for those not at my table, and now folks leaning their crutches on MY table and catching attitude at i tried to stand the crutches fell (which i grabbed). Annoyed by this i ask the little asian lady claiming to be a manager what was happening and why? I had to explain to her that everyone had been seated in top of one another and i was curious why. Her best and only response was "well maybe she wanted.....". Wanted WHAT ?! At this point i lost completely all hope. Cant say i wont eat their again but i will promise you it will Not be on my $. If staff reads this WE NEED ELBOW ROOM! (We all dont have to sit in one corner), we need to be able to access the walkway without having to complete an obstacle (especially the bigger elder folk), and we need our drinks (since you frown on us getting our own). Do what you will with this info customers....
Read moreYou have to leave at least one star to give a review. Please, I get this is a new place, one month old. But seriously this food was terrible!! The fried rice was in clumpsâŚno it should not be. The lo mein had some sort of gravy which that was not good too. It was chewy. The food is covered in a plastic hood so to speak which causes condensation which drips onto the food..gross. One of the employees would constantly stir the food. I was there for lunch and for about 30 minutes he walked around 5 times stirring. Then chicken wings looked like they were old. Oh and they were chewy. Their crust was really old looking. Beef egg rolls were nastyâŚ.they had what all Asian buffets have. If you have been around any you know what Iâm talking about. Iâm not an Asian Buffet snob by all means but this was really bad. They charge you $20.00 also which is sadâŚI have never seen a set up like they had. The plates were below the food. While I was there a lot of elderly people came in. They had trouble reaching down and getting a plate. Who does this??? Seriously!!! I had one plate and didnât even finish it. I have been to a lot of Asian Buffets and this was by far one of the worst. I hope no one got sick seriously. Not sure if there is a health dept that monitors this but rest assured they will. All the food I got was barely warm. No hot nothing. I told the cashier about it and she took $4.00 offâŚgeezzz thanks. Then I hear the same owners own the restaurant two doors downâŚ.OMG!!! MW is a good town. Quit messing it up with...
Read moreFirst of all, lower your expectations. This is a Chinese buffet, the quality will reflect that. Having said that, this may be the best one Iâve been to. And Iâve probably been to hundreds in my lifetime. I arrived at lunchtime around 1 oâclock, an hour before they close. so I was late in the lunchtime the food was still extremely fresh. The egg rolls were delightful, the small selection of sushi was fresh, and quite pleasant. I thought the shrimp with pineapple in the hot creamy sauce was great. Teriyaki chicken was very good and fresh, the mushrooms were seasoned well and tasted great. Chicken and beef dishes I had were again, fresh and seasoned well. I think that the fact that all the dishes are covered being heated helps, probably, keep them fresh. Finally, the buffet does not have as wide of a variety as most that Iâve been to, but it seems the quality is better because of that. Also, price informs value. I visited another American Food buffet in town that had so few options, and was 1399 for the buffet. This has easily five times as many options maybe 10 times as many options, as only 1199 for the buffet. In summary, fresh food, seasoned well, at a great price....
