3010 Bakery and Kitchen — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I don't know if they realized I was there to eat their buffet and I wasnt sure what I was to do when I arrived and this is why I gave a 4 for service, But after 10 or 15 min, I asked what to do and Isa, who was busy mopping, was kind enough to tell me the buffet is open and instructed me to help myself. I really enjoyed the buffet. It was very delicious. I had the chicken wings with a very savory taste of spice and a hint of sweetness. It was so good my taste buds where amazed as it was something new. The chicken alfredo was a familiar taste and also very satisfying and delicious! There were 3 other items (2 beef and another chicken) along w 2 types of rice dishes, fruits, and salad which were just as satisfying! Took my friend who moved to MN from Tennessee here who was upset about how little spice Minnesota has— he took one bite and I haven’t seen him smile that big in the 6 months he’s been here. The food is hearty and amazing, everyone in the actual restaurant was smiling and kind (got a compliment the second I walked through the door) and it’s immediately become a “yeah we need to become regulars” kind of place. We got 4 mystery things in a too good to go order and they’re allllll spectacular and they’re absolutely worth the sit down in the restaurant next time. I went to lunch with friend here. It was decidedly pleasant. Fairly quiet and relaxing, bright and airy, with plenty of food coming out to try. I heard they can get pretty busy, but it wasn’t when we were there. They serve a buffet style with different meats, all with savory combinations that are accessible to a midwestern palate. Kind of a fusionesque mix of foods. Also there were a few people that came in and got boxes of food to go, so seems like a good option if you want something different to take home.
