It’s getting better, for some reason I went back, it was clean, I noticed new staff, and they were great. Pretty much reversed everything I had said before (below this) to me, that deserves 5 stars. They were rough, but someone came in and fixed this place. Will continue to eat here as long as it stays nice. Was really happy to see the improvements.
Worst service I’ve had at any business (was not busy at all), no one said a single word to us the whole time we ordered. Not even a “what would you like?” They just stared at us with dirty looks. Was the weirdest thing. They pretty much had to restock half of options, so we just stood there and waited for that as well. In all honesty we felt disrespected by them. It was disgusting in there, I would rather eat my food off of a McDonald’s PlayPlace slide than set my bowl on one of their tables. The trash cans were over flowing and outside where their patio is, there weren’t even trash cans. Just a pile of trash where there was supposed to be trash cans. The food was okay, but the lettuce was brown, in my opinion shouldn’t be that way.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I was asked which protein I wanted for my burrito, I informed the employee that I was only looking for a veggie option. Rather than acknowledging that, the employee became visibly agitated and insisted I needed to choose a protein or sofritas, even though I had clearly stated my preference.
What made the situation worse was that the employee then began discussing the interaction with a colleague — loudly and in front of other customers — making it seem as though I was the one at fault. Despite this unprofessional behavior, I remained polite, paid for my food, and asked the checkout person for the employee’s name. I have reason to believe I was given a false name, which only added to the overall disrespectful experience.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This visit left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and...
