Have been here couple of times and service was good. But tody had a very disappointed experience. Checked in Online and went at the right time and sat inside , saw my name on top of the list on TV screen . This barber comes out and looks at me and there is another person sitting behind me . This barber calls out a name and that person behind says yes and he is asked to come in. I confronted that my name is on top of the list and you didnt even call me, he asked me if i checked in , I said yes I did online and I also said it displays on tv screens as well.Then he argued If you don’t enter your number after entering inside how will i know you are here? He didn’t have any courtesy to explain what needs to be done or how it works. It was weird as I’ve been here many times, never experienced such situation. I didn’t understand why he took the other guy in. Immediately a lady barber came out ,looked at computer told him he is supposed to take me in telling my name and asked why he would take another person. He says he doesn’t know why computer behaves like this , blah blah and he starts blaming the computer. Then, I was at computer trying to enter my number thinking i need to confirm my entry and nothing happens on screen and then asked her why there is no confirmation on screen , she has no explaination saying computer might be lagging . Finally, She took me in for haircut . Overall , it was a disappointing experience , if the barbers here picks up customers based on whatever ..... Better to skip...

Bad experience. This was my to-go location for a couple years, but today will be my last time here, probably the last time at any sportsclips ever because of this experience.

Had beard trim along with a haircut, asked specifically not to take any length off the beard. Despite very clear instructions, she trimmed my beard to the skin. When interjected, the 'stylist' left half my beard undone and I had to come home trim it myself. The length on my beard on the left side is shorter than on the right side. Trimmed excessively at some spots, and not trimmed at some spots at all. Now it looks like I have bald spots.The connection between my side locks and beard is totally gone on one side.

On the haircut: Same job there. I trimmed and shaped my edges myself. Hair at the back of my head are standing. Edges of my hair look untrimmed. My face looks like someone cut my hair at home. She removed the apron off me with one hand and all hairs fell on my lap.

Why call yourself a 'stylist' if all you do is come at people's hairs with a trimmer and run it all over their head and face? There is nothing that can be done to fix it.

All I was offered was a $5 coupon for the beard. I don't recommend this location anymore at all. I didn't make a huge deal out of this at the store, cause I know it can get difficult to manage...

I was here about a year ago, can’t remember who cut my hair, it was a peculiar named individual. Anyways, my experience at the time was horrendous, went elsewhere to fix what they had done. I visited other locations around the Minneapolis area instead for future cuts.

This time however, my cut was remarkable. Joe took great care for my hair and my beard. I enjoy meditating and relaxing with my eyes closed, not making conversation during my hair cuts. It’s calming and soothing. Joe respected my silence and only asked me pertinent questions.

During this visit on Friday August 8th around the hours of 1pm-130pm there was a what I assumed was a newer hire to the store. She shadowed Joe during my beard trim, Joe provided excellent advice when trimming a beard and lining it up. Joe provided insight and told her to ask certain questions when it came to beard trimming. I never really thought questions like that had mattered before but it made a huge difference in my perspective of what I want for the future.

My visit today turned a 1 star review a long time ago to a 5 star review and a return customer.
