I had a really poor experience at this Noodles last night. I was bringing my wife back from a surgery last night, so we called ahead for a pick up order for the two of us and our three kids. Order for four full entrees placed at 6:25 pm. We called for a fifth at 6:25 pm. I arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later. The server at the counter said it would be up shortly. I asked if the fifth entree had made it onto the order. He said no, but would put it in right away. He also said the food was not ready yet. It actually was and was sitting bagged up and ready to go just without the fifth order. I proceed to sit for 10 minutes and finally go and ask for the status of our order since no one is actually making anything in the kitchen at that time. The restaurant was not busy. The new server at the counter just looks around confused. Finally, she went back and suddenly realized that four of the entrees had been sitting for now approaching 15 minutes. They then rush an order of the fifth entree and yet another server brings out the bag, sheepishly avoiding eye contact. At this point I finally have had enough and say directly to her, "This is not ok." She just looked dazed and confused. I then say to her again, "This service is not ok you do understand that?" She continues just to stare and mumbles an apology. I finally catch the eye of one of the other servers who had "helped me," and again said, "This service is not ok, you do understand." Finally, she wakes up and says, "Can you wait?" I respond, "I have to go get my wife home she just got out of the hospital." I got into my car with essentially cold food 35 minutes after ordering from this supposedly efficient restaurant. Maybe this is an exception, but given the poor job every employee did during this experience, I have my doubts. We will not be going to this Noodles for a...

Read moreI picked up my food here. It is a nice clean restaurant and the staff were very pleasant. First time going here and I ordered two different dishes.
I did find both of them extremely salty, to the point where it was a bit difficult to finish each one in one sitting. And I will eat anything. I also do love salt on my food, but they took this to a new level. (Again, I am the first critic of bland food that does not have enough salt.) I ordered the breaded chicken which I think was the main problem. If it was just less salty, I think it would be really nice. The rest of the flavors worked and I was full afterwards secondary to all the pasta. Overall I would go back if I was really hungry because the prices were very reasonable. But I almost went there again today and instead chose chipotle which was right next-door just because I didn’t want to have that experience of such a salty meal...
