So, just had the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Domino's pizza delivery. I placed my order via the app and was notified my pizza was on the way. 30 minutes later, I had still not received my pizza, so I called the store and asked for a manager. Spoke to a guy who said his name was Terrance. I explained to him that I was notified the driver had left the store 30 minutes ago and asked why my pizza had not arrived yet since the store was 6 miles away. Terrance put me on hold for a minute and then came back to the phone and told me they were very busy, and the driver took several orders for delivery at the same time and my order would most likely be to me soon. I complained that it would not be hot and fresh if it left the store 30 minutes ago, and Terrance argued with me and said if it wasn't I was welcome to call him back and complain at that time. I asked him if he would be happy in this circumstance, and he said it wouldn't bother him. He also told me he has worked for Domino's for like 12 years and he did not know how to make a formal complaint other than talking to him. He refused to offer any type of reconciliation for my food taking over 30 minutes to get to me after leaving the store so I finally asked him to just refund my food and I would send it back to the store when it arrived. He, of course, did that right away but I did not get refunded back the tip that I had already left the driver via the app, so I basically paid a cash tip for no food and horrible service. Totally unacceptable and I will most likely never order from this Domino's again. Terrance said his bosses name was Brianna but she was not there at the time and I doubt I would get any better service from her, since attitude reflects leadership, and it was clear that the attitude of Terrance was that he really didn't care what type of service I received. Just use this as fair warning, they don't care about you or your food when they are "busy", and it doesn't matter to them how long it takes your food to get to you. I would save your money and order from...
Read moreBEWARE OF THIS LOCATION FOR DELIVERY. It took MORE THAN 3 HOURS for me to get my order last night, with no way to contact the store. I also live less than a 10 minute drive from the store. I don't have a car, which is why I usually get delivery.
Only giving 2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past, but last night's experience alone deserved 0 stars. I learned from the delivery driver that this is due to them being understaffed right now, but I feel like that's no excuse for leaving customers hanging for over 3 hours with no way to contact the store. I ordered my pizza around 9:30PM and it did not show up until past 12:30AM. It was cold because according to the tracker, it came out of the oven at 10:15PM.
Starting around 11:30, I attempted to contact the store several times to see if I could either cancel the order or change it to pick-up since I had work early in the morning. I never got to talk to a single human being. I was on hold for over 40 minutes with one of the calls; the others I gave up after 15-20 minutes while I tried to find other avenues for contacting the store. I emailed corporate last night since it was the only other thing I could do; but I doubt they will do anything since they have never gotten back to me about complaints in the past. If anyone from corporate sees this... I WOULD LOVE A REFUND FOR MY COLD, BURNT PIZZA.
I live a 6 minute drive from this store. When they are slow or at least properly staffed, it usually doesn't take much longer than an hour to get my order to me - which is why I didn't expect to be up until nearly 1AM for a small, cold pizza. Wishing I had just taken a bus to the grocery store for my late dinner instead...would have been cheaper and gotten to...
Read moreIt will be a long time before i ever order from Dominos again because of my last experience here. I had ordered food, and was waiting for it at my place and checking the tracker thing on my phone. About 30 minutes went by and I looked and the tracker said "delivered" which was weird. I waited another 10 minutes or so and it still said "delivered" so I decided to call the store and make sure there wasn't a mistake. I swear to god, I go to call the number and a guy answers and says "wrong number". I called the number from right on the website, twice and could not get through. So another 10 minutes go by and I decide I can't get through, maybe there was a mistake. So I decide to drive to the store. It's less than a mile away. So I drive to the store and wait to speak with someone. They look super busy. I tell the girl what happened and she could not look more pissed off at me and disgusted that I drove there for that. She literally just walked away from me while I was talking to her and I did not get a chance to explain because she was not hearing it. Then the driver came, and I'm sure since she probably let him know what a huge POS I am, he was also extraordinarily rude. Maybe not as much as her but probably close. Look guys, I realize you get paid crap, but there's bad customer service, and then there is the kind that you remember for a long time. This was one of those high level atrocious experiences that i won't soon forget. And I won't be returning for some time, probably not at all from this location. I've been in the customer service field, and I know there can be bad days. But I also know that it's very possible to keep a decent attitude during those times. ...
