Soho Cafe — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Its with a heavy heart i give this place 1 star. But I have to be fair. Anywhere else, would have gotten 1 star without hesitation. I have been going here for 20 years. Today I was hurt and appaled. I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands to eat my slice, 1 cause you should always wash your hands before you eat, and 2, because of the Covid 19. The owner said no. I was shocked, being it was a resturant, why would you denie me the restroom, Im a paying customer. Then I go to pay for my 2 slices and he tried to charge me over $8 dollars.. for 2 cheese slices. Again, I was shocked, but hurt this time, because he is supposed to be muslim. Ramadan just passed. Im learning the Quran and quit drinking alcohol. He tried to rob me for $2 and then say it went feom $6 to $8 because he was charging me for a box. "Oh you dont want the box. I can take it off". I was so upset after I pointed it out. I actually gave him $2 for Zakat, obligotaory giving to the poor. Im not muslim yet, but...

The pizza sucked so bad that I called right as soon as i looked at it I didn’t even have to taste it I knew it would be disgusting who puts red sauce on a gyro pizza gross when I asked on the phone what was all on it he said cucumber sauce he never said anything about red sauce and when I called back to complain he told me they can’t make it any other way and sorry I don’t like it. Didn’t offer to fix it or anything yuk yuk yuk yuk. I was really expecting another pizza at least offered to me but no the man was a complete rude person just well sorry you don’t like it oh okay and you didn’t explain what was on it when I called and what was on it and even on the menu it does not say there is red pizza sauce on it it clearly says cucumber sauce. This clearly wrecked my night. Next time I get pizza I might as well go to little Cesar’s cause you at least know what you’re getting there. This place is the worst pizza I’ve ever...

7-11-21: My toddler received an expired milk. I asked the one and employee working to exchange it for an Apple juice because the milk was expired he said it was going to cost me a dollar, I asked why should I have to pay when it wasn’t my fault the milk was expired. Besides the milk situation our experience turned sour when the employee was preparing other orders he continually slammed things around and I noticed how he prepared our food. He did not use any gloves at all! I had been a fan for years and it has really gone down hill in the past year. We became friends with the Egyptian guys that worked there and they were so hospitable everytime but we haven’t seen them since pre covid. Definitely...
