Urban Daisy Events — Attraction in Minneapolis

Urban Daisy made our wedding day an absolute dream! From our first tour over two years prior to our wedding date we were sold. Amy was so kind, friendly, and organized. We loved that the venue is women owned, and especially being Amy and her daughters. The space was so clean and bright and we loved the two different spaces and the efficiency of the room flipping to make a smooth and seamless experience for guests. We toured a few more venues but both of us couldn't get our minds off of Urban Daisy. We booked as soon as we finished our last tour. Through the planning process the entire team was amazing - always prompt to reply to emails and happy to provide any recommendations on vendors or the space. They were never annoyed with my endless emails and were always so positive and quick to respond. Kathryn helped us with our final venue walk through and planning meeting and she is simply the best. SO positive, so helpful, so kind, actually just the sweetest person EVER!!! After our meeting with her I felt so much more relaxed and prepared which I think is how every bride should feel after a last venue walkthrough. She was so prepared and organized and I felt soooo confident that urban daisy would make the day amazing. And they absolutely did! Our wedding day was a 120000/10 day for us. We have spent the last two weeks since just recalling all the moments and how amazing it was. The team at Urban Daisy was flawless. If anything went wrong, I was completely unaware which is exactly how you want it. Right when I got there Amy was so welcoming and excited and told me if I needed ANYTHING to ask her, she might have it, and if not she will go get it for me. What an incredibly kind and reassuring thing to hear the morning of your wedding. The getting ready space is A+ and we had so much fun relaxing and preparing there. It is spacious, bright, and really fully stocked with lots of goodies. It rained a bit on our day, and then got very hot, and I didn't want to sweat, so we didn't take outside photos, but this is the magic of Urban Daisy - you don't need to go outside. The lighting in the venue is PERFECT and there are literally a million perfect spots to take photos. SO much less stress when I didn't have to worry at all about the weather outside and knew the venue would be just perfect for photos. Also so much less stress not needing to book a car to drive somewhere for other photos!!! We did sneak outside for sunset photos and the vibes behind the venue near the garages are great for this. The room flips, the preparation of the space, the getting ready area- everything is simply phenomenal. I got a million compliments from guests on the space and the Urban Daisy team and how efficiently and perfectly everything went. The space truly speaks for itself and it was so amazing getting to see all our favorite people fall in love with space like we did. The Liquid Motion bar team is also next level - just the kindest people. We got tons of compliments on the drinks and their service and even though they were the required vendor at Urban Daisy, I'd recommend them for booking anyway. Incredibly professional team and just flawless service. Overall - if you're thinking about booking Urban Daisy, just do it. Worth every single dollar. I really think the fact that I can look back on my wedding day, knowing the cost, and say I would still book this venue a thousand times over says everything. They are the best...

My (now) wife Shaesta booked one of the most unforgettable nights (engagement party) of my life held at this magical venue. Our host Rose gave us what I call,“white glove” service which made our once in a lifetime evening go seem less and smooth. From the industrial sized garage door windows that can transition the room into an indoor/outdoor feeling that feeds the space with a stream of gentle fresh air to the Floral ceiling dance floor gave the industrial space a very cozy and warm feel that enabled our guests to feel welcomed enough to actually dance the night away, instead of being a stuffy event of people just sitting at their tables. To the Lucious plant jungle like back drop walls that make people want to take pictures. The entire venue transitions very well from room to room, to help utilize every inch of the space. Even if you intend on using certain rooms for other things,it will flow like it should.If you want to create an unforgettable evening for any event like a wedding,corporate event,engagement party,quincenaira, birthday party, prom, LITERALLY anything, I would HIGHLY encourage calling and doing a walk through with Rose.They were very accommodating to our needs and I can’t thank them enough for the dedication they had to ensure our function ran properly and professionally. Absolutely blown away by Urban Daisy - we toured three other venues and right when we walked out of our tour - we booked. Our wedding was June 14th, and the whole process with the team was beyond fabulous. With quick responses, input, and knowledge they made our lives so much easier and the planning process seamless.

The venue itself is beyond stunning. It’s natural lighting, the greenery, the getting ready suites for both bride and groom, the parking, but most importantly the staff. We had the best support team there day of asking if we needed anything, and always saying if something isn’t right, we will fix it. They made the week of, day of an absolute dream. I was not even stressed one bit because of how well our day of team was.

Our one none negotiable was our venue needed to be dog friendly so our big boy could be apart of our day. And not only was he allowed - he was cherished by everyone working that day. They aren’t just dog friendly, they are dog lovers.

Our guests have still not stopped talking about how amazing the space was, and how much life is in it - disco wall, swings, soft seating, garage doors that open. Everything. I could not imagine a more beautiful place to get married, because it blew all my expectations out...
