My favorite place to buy pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) in the Twin Cities! More tender, flavorful doughs than most places, and well-done toppings. The cemas are plain sweetbread, but the conchas are covered in soft doughy sugar topping, and the novias (my favorite) are always delicate and delicious. Have been coming here for probably over 20 years and have not found a better place in the Cities, especially for speciality breads like Rosca de Reyes (Three Kings Day bread) or Pan de Muerto (Day of the Dead bread).
