Each time I order the number 2.a at this location, which is a pquarter pounder w/cheese meal- they enter it as a crispy chicken meal. I have never ordered a chicken sandwich, I always order the same thing. 1st time it happened I noticed after I got home and when we brought it back they argued with me about it, saying that that's what I ordered. 2nd time it happened I saw crispy chicken meal pop up on the screen, I told them that's not what I said, and repeated myself, they corrected it yet still got it wrong.
That day we parked to eat in the car and both immediately noticed our burgers tasted wrong, ingredients were missing. I thought maybe if I took a second bite I would find the pickle and onion, nope. I lifted the bun and there were no onions or pickles. I had ordered extra slivered onion but there were no onions or pickles.
My husband had ordered no ketchup or mustard but they made his burger plain, no onions or pickle. He was hungry and didn't want to go back and have them fix it but I wanted my food the way I ordered it, so we pulled back up to the window. Right away the older short haired Hispanic manager was very rude, the first thing she did was yell at my husband saying he already ate most his burger (he took 2 bites) and then told him he had ordered no pickles no onion. I was very proud of how calm he remained despite her tone, he said he ordered no ketchup or mustard. I then told her my burger was missing the same ingredients and she continued to argue and didnt believe us until my husband showed her the receipt.
When she saw that it was their fault, she yelled "give it to me!!" We handed her our burgers including my hot fries which I had emptied into the lid of the quarter pounder box. Keep in mind they never once apologized. After a few minutes and what sounded like the manager yelling at the other employees, a young girl came back to hand us our order without saying anything and instead giggled and turned her face while just standing there there like an idiot. Still no apology.
They corrected our burger but the fries they gave me were not fresh like the first ones they took when we gave them our burgers to fix. I have never experienced such unprofessional, uneducated people. This manager is the same one who yelled READY!?? Then kicked us out of the restaurant while we were still eating at 9:00 even though their google hours say they are open inside until 10pm. I've worked in food service for my whole life and every restaurant has always let customers finish eating their food...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered a mcdouble, 4 McChicken 1 no mayo, a med ff and a pop and he repeated my order about 4 times back to me. Found out they put mayo on all of them so I went back through to let them know and the guy who had just taken my order not 10 min ago acted like he had no idea what we were talking about, demanded the receipt and then demanded the sandwich which him and 4 others needed to exam to see that it did in fact have mayo on it. This was very disrespectful and rude, I mean really you are going to act like you don't remember us and the order and that we are trying to get you for $1.49??? I can't eat it because of allergies so excuse me for your mistake and due to that error I could have been hurt. Unbelievable bad service and disrespectfull employees not to mention ignorant and rude. What has happened to employees being trained in good customers service, maybe McDonald's needs to consider a more extensive and longer training program for all their staff cause it's been a long time since I have seen that in any staff at any McDonald's. Been using the mobile app. Had nothing but problems with them foe example. Went this morning to pick up my breakfast order had a order number mh63 gave it to them but was told that no order existed. But they had an order number mh65. I had a mobile recipe that I showed them. The Manger who if I my say is very rude to people. Said I did not pay. So I could not get my food. So I proceeded to open my bank app. That showed the money with drawn. She still did not want to give me my food.
