We drove 10hrs to see the Vikings vs Chiefs. Staying in Uptown, we needed a place to relax and have a bite to eat. We were immediately greeted by this spectacular waitress named April. April was friendly, professional, and she was quick to trade hats? My wife and I own a bar and restaurant where we are from. She was wearing a Morrissey's hat, one that she probably paid for, and I was wearing one of our pieces of swag. Upon asking her if she wanted to trade, she immediately said heck yes!! And now I am proud swapper of a new hat!! The food was quick and top notch. This is the type of service we as restaurant owners expect from our own employees, but am always delighted to be a part of. Our group of six arrived at around 9:30 PM on a weeknight for evening appetizers and drinks. We were immediately struck by the charming decor and comfortable nature of this hangout spot. The barmaid, Rachel, was an exceptionally friendly professional. Great suggestions and descriptions of the food. Handled all our orders effortlessly by memory and got them all right! She’s outstanding and really sets a friendly tone for the place.

The food came out surprisingly quickly for the time of night. Everybody was impressed with their appetizers, which ranged from corned beef eggrolls to sweet potato fries to wings. The one person in our party who ordered an entrée absolutely devoured his burger, saying it was “amazing”.
