I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rating! I ordered the boneless chicken which came with rice and beans, coleslaw, and sweet plantain. The chicken was partially shredded, tender, juicy, and had a little bit of spice. I thought the chicken was good enough on its own but you can order sauce on the side for more flavor and spice. The coleslaw is in a light, fruity vinaigrette - very refreshing. The food is ordered at a counter next to the market and picked up at another counter facing the water. Everything is wheelchair and stroller accessible. They have high chairs too - all you have to do is ask for one. Aside from the delicious food, the view of the lake is phenomenal! They have tables in the sun and in the shade. The service isn’t speedy fast like McDonald’s but I wouldn’t expect that for freshly made food.
